Those buttons are very very basic and extremely easy to make, so I'm not sure why your charging for them.
For HTML, use something basic like Paint.NET or Pixlr, create the button, host the file and than add the image to your website with a link.
For BBCode, same process to make the button (basic shapes), upload it to a hosting site (like imgur), and use
