As some folks where asking for static diff ports again, they're not needed, you can set your worker diff yourself with the password field:

d=256 gives you a static diff of 256

d=512 gives you a static diff of 512 etc

It's 0.1 since the rewards here are much higher than with normal zcash and 0.1 is usually hit pretty fast

I have been mining on this pool for 12hrs now with  4000 Sol/s and only earned 4.32 ZCL so far. Earnings seem to be much lower than they should be. I should be making over 10 ZCL per 24hrs.

If you use Claymore, since it disconnects for fee mining, it might really be better if you set a static diff so that your client sends a share every 10 seconds.. Best is probably just to mine for 10 minutes, check what diff you got from the pool then and set that diff the next time you connect using the password field. So if the pools sets you a diff of 650 for example, use d=650 as password the next time you connect.

You want to have 6 shares per Minute, every 10 seconds a share for optimum results

Found the bug, the diff is now applied right after the first share.

I observed a small fork earlier today and resynched back to the main chain, nothing was lost, just the stratum was unavailable for a short time while resync was in progress. I've paid the orphaned blocks from my fees, so you've got paid for everything.

Yes indeed, that must be it, i didn't noticed the nethash of the network jumped this high. I lowered the threshold to 10 ZCL and i got transaction running again. Will improve monitoring to include network hashrate for calculation.

Your pools estimates that I can earn between 10-20 ZCL. I know it changes all the time depending at the difficulty level. Still Im earning 5 max 6 ZCL a day which is half of the lower estimate. I have been mining for a week with 1650 H/s (claymore, using fee). Are there any issue?
Does this have to do with how I set difficulty level manually?

all the transactions have been sent out fine and are confirmed from my side. unsure how the eleos thingy works but maybe you need to rescan/redownlaod the blockchain somehow.

next time you can simply withdraw directly to bittrex which should be much easier

I've been using miningpoolhub which has a 0.9% pool fee.  On top of that, the ewbf miner I use I believe has a 2% fee as well, a total of 2.9%.  Outrageous!  I will switch to supernova and give it a shot.  Really looking to minimize the fees.  Does anyone know if there's a no fee miner for nvidia cards on windows?

no.

are you using nicehash ? or normal rigs. it's a pplns pool, so you have to have a even hashrate over 10 rounds to get a decent payout, nicehash with short spikes in hashrate etc won't work

I'm still a newbie in mining (started 2months ago) and I try to understand what to do and how to do it, by reading and testing every day...
I have a rig of 6 GTX 1060 3GB and I mine ZCL because the profit is biggest for my rig whit this coin.
I oc-ed them a bit, core + 100, mem +0, cause seems more stable, than +150/+500, and the drop in hashrate is small. I get 1720 sol/s in EWBF.
Why I write to you or anyone how is more expert than me )...
I think I must set a fixed diff, because I see few accepted shares, between 1 and 6/minute. With DSTM's ZM it was worst... 1 share/1 minute or 2 minutes. I don't have rejected shares. They are sent in 63ms.
You said a year ago, that it's best to have 1 share per 10sec. So...
1. How can I increase the number of accepted shares?
2. Setting a fixed diff will help? EWBF takes 2% fee, so 2 minutes in 100 minutes, I think, it switches to his pool, and than back to suprnova and the diff is reseted. (If I understand correctly).
3. I know to set the diff in password field --pass d=xxx, but what value should I put there? I don't know the right value... All I see in EWBF is the stats of GPU's, "info: target: 000250218f7do5fc..." and "info: detected new work: 4334".
I don't know much of what that means, what difficulty means and how to interpret all that.

At zcl.suprnova.cc, what's the most valuable difficulty of a share, from a miner? The bigger number or the smaller one? Is 998 diff rewarded greater than 1225 diff? Or viceversa?

Of course higher diff shares are "weighted" more than lower diff ones. But if you have for example two 64 diff shares in s round and a different miner has one 128 share you'll get paid the same.

Variable difficulty is to optimize the efficiency of the miner, so that the miner can send shares in a manner which is optimal for his hardware and also optimal in relation to the pool

I get it, but... Here's what happened: I mined for a day with no diff set; the pool showed me after some hours that I have a diff of 1225. I closed miner, I set diff to d=1225 in password, than restarted miner for one more day. Now the pool shows me diff 998. The rig isn't changed, I have the same hashrate of around 1720. But I did't count the shares between the 2 sesions.
Anyway, I don't know why the pool sets a bigger diff when I put "pass x", and a smaller diff, when I put "pass d=xxx" (where xxx is the diff from the previous session, set by the pool).
