New Bytecoin mining pool available, visit us! http://pool.bytecoin.in !

The pool's design is being improved, but the back-end is highly worked out. The pay scheme is proportional, the more shares you submit the more percentage you get paid of the block. The fee is fixed to 4%.
We are looking to implement PPS, instant payouts and lots of other nice things but in the meantime only the most basic features are implemented.

How to mine
- Register on the website.
- Create your worker.
- Setup your miner and point it to the pool, the stratum protocol is preferred.
- Only the username of the worker is important, the password is ignored by the server so don't write it wrong!
- IMPORTANT: You need to configure your miner's username as USERNAME.WORKER, not just USERNAME. Otherwise you will not get statistics for your blocks or you may even not get your shares counted!

Please PM me if you find any bug, everything else you can comment here.

I disabled the withdrawals temporally, as i forgot to change the required confirmations for the blocks from 20 to 120. I had this number on the testing phase. When the block where this occurred is over 120 confirms i will enable them back. I hope to not annoy anyone!

I just joined up. How long does it take for unconfirmed to go into my confirmed balance and be available for payout?

Thanks

How long is that? Is there a way to see how many confirmations have occurred?

Thanks

Proportional? Are we in 2010 or something? Here are two important threads with even more important PDF files:

Kinda funny, as this is an exact clone of Bitcoin, it might as well be....2010.

We are working in a rework of the pool that will include a (good) design, new payout algorithm (like suggested above) and more functions like normal pools. Keep tuned.

In the meanwhile you can feel safe mining here, your coins need to get 120 confirms before they are available. We have under 0.5% of stale shares and we have solved more than 500 blocks already! You will not lose any submitted share, it will be credited instantly to your account after finding a block. Miners of any hashrate are welcome in our pool!

I requested withdrawal and it write:
Payout sucessfully! Transaction 6ab65e091a3fbdf0a319fe653b308f7290532ea5574e34be5c53e283af950639

And that transaction doesn't exist...

So, where my BTE go?

EDIT: So, it came... It looks that was just a little delay...

I just joined the pool. I'm just getting into this, so I had a little trouble getting cgminer working at first, but turned out it was because of left over Nvidia drivers from before I switched to AMD. Don't run both CCC and Nvidia at the same time folks!

Thanks for setting up the pool. Seems good so far. Smiley

How/when will they get confirmed? Is this normal?

Same here, I haven't seen my unconfirmed balance move since early this morning. Furthermore, nothing has moved from unconfirmed into confirmed.

Switching pools until this gets resolved.

I entered a withdrawal about a day and a half ago it's never been processed. Once I realized they aren't paying us I stopped sending shares there, obviously.

These issues need to be addressed.

News:

A few important changes

Now you don't need to wait 120 block confirms to get your unconfirmed balance to confirmed, now we pay DIRECTLY to your balance when we solve a block. No more waiting! Nice, huh?
You can also view on the "Payment" page the estimated payout that you will receive on the current round, it depends on the pool hashrate and your own hashrate.

Avoid pool.bytecoin.in and exchange.bytecoin.in... They are scam sites.
