I am a casual, but high-stakes BTC bettor who mostly sticks to sports. I was bored and looked for a Casino to play a bit of roulette and slots since my primary bookie doesn't offer it. I remembered I made an account at BTC-Casino.io last year so I made 2 btc in deposits there and played. Through the course of an hour or two I won 9.84btc. Feeling like that was a good enough number to stop at, and wanting to test the legitimacy of the casino, I put a cashout request in for the full amount at 7:45am GMT on Nov 3rd.

Their rules state that they need up to 24 hours to process cashouts, which is fine, but the first red flag was that they leave all of your funds available to play during that time. This is clearly to bait people with low willpower into playing with the money, losing under the requested amount - and then the request gets cancelled due to insufficient funds. Pretty scummy, but it's not the first time I've seen something like that, and I'm not too concerned with that since I do have willpower when it comes to that.

A little over 24 hours later at 7:49am GMT on Nov 4th, I checked with live chat for the status of the request since the withdraw was not processed. I'm essentially told to "just wait".

Hello, how can I help you?

Matt
2016-11-04 07:50:29
hi, I requested a withdrawal over 24 hrs ago now, what's the status of it?

Nikolay
2016-11-04 07:53:24
Your requests are active now. They will be proceeded asap. You should just wait.

Matt
2016-11-04 07:53:58
how soon are we talking? because your rules say all w/d are processed within 24 hrs

Matt
2016-11-04 07:54:14
I already waited that long

Nikolay
2016-11-04 08:05:04
Unfortunately I can't tell you an exact time of proceeding you withdrawals.

Nikolay
2016-11-04 08:05:23
I hope that you will receive your winnings in nearest time.

A few hours later at 10:58am GMT, I hit up chat again to see if I could get a different agent, and maybe some more encouraging news. Here's where it gets a little ridiculous.

Quote
Ruslan
2016-11-04 11:03:22
Please create a few withdrawal request for 200 mBtc each one.

Matt
2016-11-04 11:04:39
you want me to make 49 requests for 200 mbtc to fulfill this?

Ruslan
2016-11-04 11:16:06
You need to make withdrawal 49x 200 mbtc.

Matt
2016-11-04 11:16:29
and if I do this, you will bypass 24 hr hold period and process asap?

Matt
2016-11-04 11:23:19
I made 49 requests of 200mBtc and 1 request of 42mBtc. You will force payout on these now? no 24 hour wait?

Ruslan
2016-11-04 11:29:20
I have sent request to force your withdrawal.

I was essentially told that my order of 9.84btc was "too big", and that I had to make 49 new withdrawal requests of 0.2btc instead. The purpose of this was to buy an additional 24 hours for them, because as I learned in my next chat, doing this reset that 24 hour waiting period.

Thanks for waiting. Your payout request is - active, all is good with it. Withdrawal will be processing soon, just wait. Withdrawal requests are processed during 24 hours after payoff submission

Matt
2016-11-04 14:53:22
I made the payout request at around 1:30 AM MST on 11/3, and it's now 8:53 AM MST on 11/4

Robin
2016-11-04 14:55:11
It was first payout order that you made on 9,840 mBtc.

Robin
2016-11-04 14:55:38
This order will be not approval.

Matt
2016-11-04 14:55:54
yes, I was told 3 hours ago that you needed me to make 49x 200 mbtc payout requests instead, and that it would be processed immediately - not under 24 hr delay again

Robin
2016-11-04 14:56:01
The sum is to big in one order.

Matt
2016-11-04 14:57:15
Ruslan 2016-11-04 11:29:20 I have sent request to force your withdrawal.

Matt
2016-11-04 14:57:31
but 3 hours pass and still nothing

Matt
2016-11-04 14:59:27
you guys had no problem immediately processing my 2 btc in deposits, this is the longest I've ever had to wait at a btc casino for a cashout... and you're asking me to wait another 24 hours?

Robin
2016-11-04 15:00:16
You need waiting during 24 hours from the time, when you create new order? for moment, when it will be approval.

Matt
2016-11-04 15:01:08
I swear I will post a scam report on bitcoin talk now... Your CS told me this wouldn't happen. You asked me to make a new order to trap me under another 24 hr delay... what will happen tomorrow? Make 98x 100 btc orders?

Robin
2016-11-04 15:01:11
This is the reality.

Matt
2016-11-04 15:20:14
do you 100% guarantee that I will be paid within 24 hours of my withdraw request? That is, I will have the bitcoins in my wallet before 11:30am GMT on 11/5?

Robin
2016-11-04 15:20:29
Yes, it will be.

I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, because what option do I really have besides posting this thread. I was a little intrigued by the confirmation on the guarantee, because failing to pay me by 11:30am GMT would mean they flat out lied to me. That's the only motivation I really needed to make this thread and warn people about this operation.

It's a little sad that I lost 2btc of my own coins and 7.8 in profit due, but I have little hope that they will ever pay out now.

what the f*ck with 49 x 200 mbtc withdrawals? why we should make that many withdrawal, i know he's said because your withdrawal request was too big, what the f*ck? 9.84 btc is too big for a gambling site? Ussually for a big withdraw (on other sites), it just needs longer time than small withdraw to process it (but they won't asked you to doing many withdrawals)

I found that pretty dumb and weird too, especially as I was counting the requests and putting them in 1 by 1, it just isn't practical. It's an exercise that only served to annoy me, but more importantly for them, to reset the 24 processing policy on their payments. My main BTC sports betting site (who I won't name so BTC-Casino can't accuse me of shilling) paid me a 22 btc win within 5 minutes, so I'm pretty surprised these guys are giving me this much run-around over 9. With all those jackpot games they have in play I'd assume they would have a lot of liquidity.

Based on their policy, I guess they aren't used to people coming in, winning, and actually waiting for the money instead of playing it away to nothing... and thus they can either pay me, or be revealed as a big scam here and now. I will update if they actually decide to pay, but I'm not holding my breath.

Already a new interesting development since posting this thread. I received a password reset link to my email. I have 2 factor auth on gmail and nobody signed into my account, yet the link was used to sign into my BTC-Casino.io account.

I open the site and see this in a live chat already open:
https://i.imgur.com/zTvmx0k.png

From the withdraw screen I see 3 new requests:
https://i.imgur.com/i9icGZG.png

These are obviously not mine, and I fully expect BTC-Casino to pay this "withdrawal" to whatever address is on that, and then blame me for being "hacked" when I say I never got it. I think this is pretty cut and dry what's happening now.

https://streamable.com/oqkr

Video proof of BTC-Casino operators draining my account while I was in live chat. Pay attention to the balance while I'm clearly not in a game, and in the middle of typing to them. They will claim I was "hacked", but the password reset link was behind 2FA gmail (with no security alerts from google, or access logs showing anything suspicious), and my password at the casino is a 147 bit unique password.

The only other alternative is that they have an exploit in the reset where people can reset accounts without looking at the actual email (reverse engineering the hash of the email reset link?). Either way I shouldn't be liable for this, but I don't care nearly enough to try and plead with scammers to give me btc I was never going to get.

We're done here folks, they zeroed out my account, definitely not getting paid now. This is a scam casino, confirmed.

Well, it's currently at the List of BTC Casino Scam Sites https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1326821.0
I suggest posting a link of your thread to that so this could be added as a reference since it's a more clear-cut case against them.

Also, please leave them a negative feedback as well as ask help from other DT members to do the same. Atleast that way it'll be easily apparent to all users that they're a scam site. Should be deep in the red.

I see you've already posted a link on their main thread, that should help warn other users.

@OP Was looking into trust score was really that hard? I would say you are paying out now for clearly neglecting the feedback left by a DT1 guy here.

Maybe a little bit of more researching about the background could have saved you from the position you are in now.

Anyways will leave feedback  to warn other users.

50+ hours pass with customer service telling me to "just wait" on cashout of 9.84 btc.

Scam accusation thread here

Dear mdexm and friends!

It took some time to collect information from our system to clarify what has really happened.
We are going to add some facts that we found out from our gaming software analytics, we suppose you have to know.

According to our analytics, after mdexm has made lots of small bets playing in Roulettes and gained 9.84 BTC he put the withdrawal requests and started
making big bets in Starburst slot, 1 BTC each bet. So he made 18 Spins and it took 2, 5 minutes to reach zero balance.

mdexm, we mention that at the time when you fixed the accident and earlier, your account was logged in from two
IPs - Canadian (originally registered with this IP and Sweden one). Your screen of blockchain account has Russian interface. Interesting.

mdexm, most likely you are a foreteller, cause how a person can screen thoroughly his account with big win and then
login exactly at that minute when his balance began to change.
What it the probability of logging in while somebody else logged your account and loses your balance exactly at this time.
Moreover, you were also prepared enough to take a video, though it`s quite difficult to notice the balance change while texting in livechat.

Unfortunately, your video lacks a full screen where a forum member can see
that you are not playing parallelly in the open 2nd tab or another browser. It`s possible.
As you can see in the video the balance amount increases and decreases because someone is betting at this time.
Guys, we are witnesses of a Magical Miracle when a player caught a moment of robbing his account in video,
don`t forget he had only 2,5 minutes to do that. Are you as quick and attentive as mdxm is?
Do you think it`s possible in the real life situation?

Someone knew that he has to screen the big balance.
Someone knew that the video has to contain only cropped area.
And someone took video at the right time.

Looks like a prepared insinuation.

We just leave this screen where you can see that user made bets of 1 BTC and correspond it with video.
Everybody makes his own conclusions, we just shared our opinion.
Sorry if it`s a bit delayed, but didn`t want to judge before having real facts in hands.

Thank you for concerns and feedback,
BTC Casino Team

Why do you think he would want to shoot off his balance while chatting with support claiming it wasn't him?

If he wins, obviously you aren't going to pay him.

What's the point?

What is more likely.

After winning up to 9.84 btc playing roulette and not playing for 2 days while I waited for cashouts, I make a scam thread. I notice after a couple hours there's a password reset link in my email, so I check the site and see a live chat open that's not me. I update the thread here that this scam is happening and...

1) I suddenly can't help myself and play 1btc bets on a slot machine, draining my balance to 0 right then and there.

or

2) The casino sees my update here, knows they won't get away with what they were planning to do (send btc to the person that "hacked" me) and decides they can only drain the balance to 0 to avoid paying me.

Let's use our heads for a second here. Look at the evidence, it should be pretty obvious. Note that the balance drops several times in the middle of me typing a message with the cursor over the chat window the entire time. Am I playing with my feet on another computer?

I'm pretty sure that BTC-Casino.io is linked to another gambling site that has previously had problems with withdrawal as well. Not sure which, can't remember though. These casino owners are all bastards and the support teams are usually just a single person trying to act like multiple people. I hope all the best for you.

Sorry, what about the final -40 mBTC that was taken in the video? How come that's not on your data table?
Also, care to explain why there's bets of amount 0, with one of them in the "None" currency?
