There is a minimum 1000BTC cap for the project to go on, that is what the main developer Sigwo said, there is still  time to get people interested in the project, so many ICOs now are struggling to raise funds for their projects. so what  happens if 1000btc goal is not met? There wont be darcrus coin and money will be returned?

of course. all the funds will be returned as per terms of this ICO. However, approximately 49% funding has been achieved by Darcrus and the probability of achieving 1,000 BTC goal is extremely high at the moment.

so uh... the only ones who can end up with nothing (=work for nothing) are people who use signatures and especially translators - that is people promoting darcrus for bounties,right  ?

This issue has been replied by the dev  for the nth time. Funny thing with some people is they are pessimistic about everything. Why would someone don't want darcrus to succeed.

Why do they need to contact him, ICOcountdown have history of tasking developers before listing their project on his website, he is no providing any technical details on the project is just to list the Icon on the page. I think there are so many sites offering that service now. Even ICOcountdown needs bitcointalk.org to be successful
