I would say either add bcc to play with and give people who have btc on the site the same amount in bcc or let then withdraw it.

So far we are not doing anything:)
Just asking what community thinks regarding the Bitcoin Cash.
You guys should add BCC as another altcoin and credit your users with BCC respect to their BTC balance. Hope you guys have already made snapshot of users balances at the time of split of today.

most of the dice sites I know do not have this option.
If you want to have BCC they would ask you to remove your balance from them.

Haven't duckdice announced anything about their plan for hardfork earlier? If not than I don't think they exactly know how much their users have at the time of chain split so they gonna give anything to their users. They might sell those free BCC they got form whatever amount of bitcoin they were holding at that time.

Hello guys, we want to hear your opinion regarding Bitcoin Cash.
Forgive me if I'm rather frank with this, but let me ask you a direct question:
Do you know what you're doing?

So far we are not doing anything:)
Just asking what community thinks regarding the Bitcoin Cash.

But you will give the users BCC for their current amount? As 7-10% gain for nothing is not bad. Now BTC + BCC is way more than just BTC yesterday. Actually I have with you only around 0.004 and it's not a big problem. But I guess there are people with significant amounts.

It would be best to have Lutpin's opinion regarding this matter as crypto-games.net is one of the sites that would have the best model/solution/what-to-do with this Bitcoin Cash.

Sadly, I have little evidence to back this up as I was not around when you apparently posted something along the lines of "I'd like to suggest game-protect as the charity for this donation", which I guess refers to the 2 BTC DuckDice were going to send to charity before they eventually caved and sent it to the OP instead, and what you are going on about in your signature. That sounds like you were seeking payment to keep quiet. But, as I have no evidence, I'll leave that at that...
Duckdice publicly announced that a part of their business model is to donate player deposits to charity and I have all the rights to apply for such a donation.

No, you don't. You are not a charity, are you? Last I checked, you charge players a fee for your services, services that a lot of the time wouldn't be beneficial to them in the first place, but we won't get into that here as I don't wish to derail this thread too much.

At least we have worked out what your personal objective is here: Money. Money that you really are not entitled to.

To anyone who doesn't know the full story, you would appear to be fighting on behalf of Ozafejw782, meanwhile this is far from the truth. Ozafejyw782 has accepted that getting his deposit back was about as good as it was going to get, and has moved on. Now, we can all agree that what happened in that situation was utter bullshit, and should never have happened in the first place. However, DuckDice did eventually agree to give him his deposit back after the pressure was piled on them in the initial scam thread. He was happy with this decision as for a good while it looked like he was going to receive nothing at all. DuckDice also eventually admitted that their current bonus system is not exactly fair to the player when choosing to cancel the wagering at x point into the bonus, and are working on trying to make something better.
You are beating a dead horse here, and at the same time trying to seek payment for something that has absolutely nothing to do with you. You are NOT fighting on behalf of the player, he has not solicited your services. This is to benefit YOU, as you have kindly pointed out yourself already in your reply to me..

I don't agree with what happened either, which is why they still have a negative rating on their account from me. But the fact that Ozafejyw782 was happy to drop the complaint when he got his deposit of 2 BTC back, along with DuckDice removing the bonus system so it could be revamped into (hopefully) something better - was enough to close the accusation and move on.

This is as "resolved" as its going to get, the OP is happy he got his deposit back, DuckDice have a tag warning others of what happened, and everyone is now moving on. What is the point of continuing this? I don't have much time for DuckDice either, but I do know when to call it a day.
They owe Ozafejyw782 8.15 BTC based on applicable civil and criminal laws and the case is not resolved as long as they owe him the remaining 6.15 BTC.

Nope, you are wrong for several reasons. First, Ozafejyw782 did not complete wagering requirements and therefore that 8.15 BTC is not accurate, and is not a fair representation of what his balance would be after he had completed the remaining 4/5ths of the wagering requirement.

The fact that everything was wiped from his account when he cancelled the bonus was indeed alarming, and is something that should not be part of a bonus policy for any casino that wishes to be seen as fair and legit. Yes, it took pressure from the community for them to see the error in their ways and refund his 2 BTC deposit, and, remove the bonus system so that it can improved. Further, we all know that there was just no way Ozafejyw782 was going to receive his "winnings" when they did not even want to refund his deposit, also lets not forget the fact that he had only completed something like 23% of the wagering requirement. The best outcome in this scenario was him getting his deposit back, and that is what happened. Everyone apart from you seem to agree that this was as good as it was going to get. Once again, you need to stop beating a dead horse, and you really need to stop trying to line your own pockets from others' misfortune, especially when they never asked for your interference in the first place.

What exactly are you trying to achieve here, game-protect?
Online gaming consumer protection.

Once again, this player did not solicit your services. But its not about that. You are just trying to make some money out of this, which is quite despicable really.

No, you don't. You are not a charity, are you?
If 1000s of unpaid hours to help the gambling community to avoid damages and get compensated is not a charitable work, how do you call this then?

Last I checked, you charge players a fee for your services,
Quote from: Game Protect website
How can you qualify for our Online Gaming Consumer Protection service?

A) Cost free if you register your Poker, Sports Betting or Casino accounts with our Partner sites.

B) 1) Register your anonymous Game Protect account.

2) Send Bitcoin worth US $27 for 3 months or US $78 for 1 year service for all your gambling accounts not available on our Partner sites list and add your Game Protect username to the reference field.

If you have issues with Game Protect not qualified gambling accounts, thus neither A) or B), you have to compensate the effort.

...services that a lot of the time wouldn't be beneficial to them in the first place,
Please quote the cases where it was not beneficial to them?

...but we won't get into that here as I don't wish to derail this thread too much.
I have also a thread here to discuss about Game Protect: GAME PROTECT - Online Gaming Consumer Protection

At least we have worked out what your personal objective is here: Money.
You needed a year to figure out that online gaming consumer protection service is time consuming and expensive?

Money that you really are not entitled to.
And who is entitled to get the benefits of the time and money Game Protect has spent?

More important: If Game Protect is not entitled to get the benefits of the money and time spent, WHO will then spend the money and time to help the community to avoid damages and get compensated?

To anyone who doesn't know the full story, you would appear to be fighting on behalf of Ozafejw782, meanwhile this is far from the truth.
I got involved after Ozafejw782 contacted me.

This is to benefit YOU, as you have kindly pointed out yourself already in your reply to me..
How much is my benefit?

This is as "resolved" as its going to get, the OP is happy he got his deposit back, DuckDice have a tag warning others of what happened, and everyone is now moving on. What is the point of continuing this? I don't have much time for DuckDice either, but I do know when to call it a day.

1) Ozafejyw782 requested to cancel the 2.4 BTC bonus, so that he can withdraw his remaining balance. After duckdice canceled his whole balance of 9.48 BTC, he disagreed and requested to restore his account balance.

2) It is the criminal offense of fraud to cancel the whole balance!

3) 8.46 BTC is the expected value after fulfillment of the wagering requirement and is therefore the 100% accurate amount that duckdice owe him.

4) If you know I am wrong, please quote the applicable laws confirming that duckdice has the right to cancel his 5.08 BTC win?

What exactly are you trying to achieve here, game-protect?
Online gaming consumer protection.

This thing has been settled so I do not think there is no needed to keep on asking about this anymore. Anyway Ozafejw does not seem to bother this anymore. But let me ask you this thing, he deposited 2 btc and  win around 5 btc and them he cancelled it, so he got his deposit back. So why duckdice need to give him back that winning amount that he got after cancelling his bonus?

I got involved after Ozafejw782 contacted me.
Posting an unedited version of you conversation would be better than claiming that the user involved contacted you because it is highly unlikely that someone like you, who have several negative trust feedback will be contacted by Ozafejw782.

And even if you have provided proof of you being contacted by Ozafejw782, this doesn't mean that you are entitled to be asking for more than what the initial deposit was.

And on top of that, the user Ozafejw782 got his initial deposit back and I think he is satisfied with the amount Duckdice refunded him.

(mere assumption of mine)
Or did Ozafejw782 failed to pay for your service so you just trying to get paid from Duckdice instead? LoL

1) I have all the rights to inform the gambling community about publicly proven scams and this totally independent of whether victims contacted me or not.

2) As Ozafejw782 is not a Game Protect qualified account issue, I have all the rights to remove the duckdice scam article on Game Protect website or change my signature at any time and for whatever I feel comfortable with.

3) Not everyone is brain washed and can easily understand that the blatant lies about Game Protect in form of "negative trust feedback" are baseless and not anyhow related to the trustworthiness or quality of the service Game Protect delivers.

4) A lot of people contact me.

And even if you have provided proof of you being contacted by Ozafejw782, this doesn't mean that you are entitled to be asking for more than what the initial deposit was.
I am very well entitled to inform the community that duckdice owes Ozafejw782 8.15 BTC based on applicable civil and criminal laws and this totally independent of whether I was contacted by him or not.

If I am wrong, please quote the applicable laws confirming that duckdice has the right to cancel his 5 BTC winnings?

And on top of that, the user Ozafejw782 got his initial deposit back and I think he is satisfied with the amount Duckdice refunded him.

I have never been treated like that by the casino in my whole life. I strongly recommend to everyone here to avoid Duck Dice.

The case is half resolved.

I can load it fast without any issues, perhaps your internet connection is not stable when you accessed it. Maybe you can also try to clear cache or switch to other browsers. Anyway I use chrome and it is working fine.

HE ALREADY GOT HIS 2 BTC – TOTAL AMOUNT OF A DEPOSIT – BACK!
AND WE ARE REWORKING BONUSES ALGORITHM TO FIT TO COMMUNITY REQUIREMENTS.

You forgot to mention what happened with his 5 BTC winnings?
Where did you get those amount (8.xxBTC ,5BTC and the 7BTC in your siganature)?Fabricated?Guessed?Lol!!! What Duckdice did to solve the situation is fair enough for both parties. We dont know how Ozafe will play if ever he continues the wagering, might lose it or win it.

Well if you will really insist that there were 8.xxBTC to be refunded (if he continues to play with the 1% house edge) let me show you some math and ill prove you that there is no 8.xxBTC.

He deposit 2BTC and claim the 120% first deposit bonus = 4.4BTC >>>current balance after claiming bonus
He need to wager 55x (only half of the bet amount are counted): 2.4BTC x 55 x 2 = 264BTC >>> need to wager to unlock bonus
He cancelled the bonus at 23%: 264BTC x 23% = 60.72BTC >>>amount of what he had wager
                                         264BTC - 60.72BTC = 203.28BTC >>>need to wager if he continues
He cancelled at 23% with 9.xxBTC consider it 9BTC
Assume that he continue and play with the house edge: 203.28BTC x 1%(house edge) = 2.033BTC>>>will lose upon wagering
So 9BTC - 2.033BTC = 6.967 btc >>>Total balance after wagering(again,if he continues and play against the house edge),therfore no 8.xx btc and since he cancelled the Bonus it is FAIR that the site just gave him his inittial deposit.

So please Stop asking for more and player Ozafe already accepted his 2BTC,meaning it is already solved.

"(only half of the bet amount are counted)" would mean that the wagering requirement is 110x instead of the stated 55x!

110x is in contradiction to 55x and therefore not juridically valid! He has to wager 55x as I used in my calculation.

Ozafejyw782’s account stated that 23% are already wagered. But as duckdice illegally counted only 50% of the wagered amount, in reality he already wagered 46% of the 2.4 BTC bonus!

Here is the exact calculation:

2 BTC deposited + 2.4 BTC bonus + 5.08 BTC winnings = 9.48 BTC account balance.

55x wagering of 2.4 BTC bonus = 132 BTC minus 46% (60 BTC) already wagered = 72 BTC left.

1% house edge of 72 BTC to wager = 0.72 BTC loss.

If he will wager the remaining 72 BTC to get the bonus, he will statistically lose 0.72 BTC and his account balance will be statistically 8.76 BTC.

So please Stop asking for more and player Ozafe already accepted his 2BTC,meaning it is already solved.

I would like to share with you a part of my unfull refund. You can send me your bitcoin addresses in PM.

I have never been treated like that by the casino in my whole life. I strongly recommend to everyone here to avoid Duck Dice.

The case is half resolved.

As you appear to be such a clever guy, please explain me based on which laws duckdice has the right to cancel his 5.08 BTC winnings?
