For people to be for sure if its a scam or not, its probably best to have a trusted member from the forum to test this service (if they willingly to risk it), but however there are some concerns about this site because there is no blockchain transaction id or link listed on such page to prove such transaction exist (for all we know this could be a fake transaction in attempt to make people deposit their coins into this service). We need more proof than just that page, and newbies whose accounts were created not to long ago near the same time span posting that its real. For all we know, these could just be alt accounts (which are very likely to be alt accounts and should be flagged).
