Use mtgox.com, it's the main exchange website. You do need a bank account or Dwolla account, I think. I could be wrong.

You could try it with bitmarket.eu. There you can trade securely between members. Payment can be done through various ways, including Paypal. It works (my experience).

Using DotBit Domains? Check out the first DotBit URL shortener: http://14u.bit

From what I read paypal + bitcoin transactions are dangerous ):
People get their coins, then report as scammed to PayPal and get their money back and keep the coins. It's not worth it.
You could probably use that website dego posted but I don't think it's a good idea.

Have someone send you a paypal payment in exchange for bitcoins. Not very secure but if they are trustworthy it could happen. I personally wouldn't trust anybody.

Gimme some bitcoins: 1CnJ7X4QBk8UDoiRmuTrSoxXVgUWbo4dTZ Smiley Thanks!

you can do stuff with them. you said you had a credit card, I'm sure you meant debit card. you can get money wired straight to your bank account.
OH, and you could donate 0.01 cents to me Cheesy

Yes you can, once you get the funds wired to your bank account, then use your debit card to buy them off of ebay. I personally wouldn't use bitcoins to buy stuff from people on this forum, or in general. Until someone comes with a secure and decent way to buy/sell stuff (similar to ebay w/ buy/seller ratings and such) I won't be buying stuff directly from people.

Go to Tradehill.com or MtGox.com (or some other bitcoin exchange site like bitmarket.eu) and create an account there.

Deposit BTC.

Wait a bit, until they have been confirmed (~1 hour).

Create a sell order and enter your desired exchange rate (depending on if there are people bidding that much, you might immediately sell, sell some time later or never at all).

If you sold all your BTC, withdraw these USD to a Bank account.

/done

Alternatively there are a lot of people here that want to "gift" Steam games or trade BTC for Amazon gift codes to gain a more positive reputation. I wouldn't trust them with 500 USD worth of BTC, but if it's just for something small, maybe this can be also an option. Just be aware that BTC transactions are irreversible. The only way to reverse a transaction would be to immediately start a 51% attack on the network, which means you'd need more computing power than the top500 super-computers combined (and it still needs a big portion of luck), so in reality, once you sent some BTC, they're gone. Forever.
If you get something back depends on the honesty of your counterpart.

That is the difficult part...

Last year, I mined for 100bitcoins.  I opened an mtgox account and sold 15 bitcoins.  I received 253$US..  cool...  Now, I'm not in us, so I opened a liberty reserve account (the only way I can convert my USD)...

Now I don't have bitcoins, I have the e-currency liberty reserve ... ohhh.. nice ...

Now...  I lost ~2% in fees and now I don't know what I can do ...

I think with exchange zone I can try to trade my LR to paypal ...  (if somebody is interested...)

...

Is there a better solution ?  Has somebody already did this ?

 Huh

it works fine you just dont want to put anything about bitcoin in the payment.  So you exchange the bitcoins for cash then send to paypal, pretty easy and safe.

And bitmarket.eu does do trading between members from paypal to paypal, you can sell or buy bitcoins using paypal with another member that has paypal but there is no mention of bitcoins when you use paypal, its just for goods or services.  Pretty safe at this point.  Shit people are selling bitcoins on ebay lol
