Ok, having read through most of the material provided in this thread, to me this project looks SOLIDDDD.... But, looking at the exchanges you're listed on, there is absolutely no volume going on, no commotion or anything. Do you have any plans to be listed on say Cryptopia, for starters? Then move on to Bittrex, Binance or any other major exchange? The problem i see here is that you're not being discovered that often.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Exactly. Good platform and active dev team. But I don't understand why Janus not being listed even on smaller exchanges. This was delisted at the scammy C-cex too.

This was delisted at the scammy C-cex too.

This is simply not true.

It's the second time someone spreading this false news in this thread.

Janus is listed and is tradable regularly at C-Cex.

Janus is still listed at C-CEX, but the rumour is due to an email received on 10/09/17 saying that it could be delisted if the trading volume remained low.

To be honest, this exchange are so fucking BAD so that is not a loss in my eyes.

Janus will grow and the price too, but never on C-CEX!

this exchange is in maintenance 24/7 365

-----------------------
Tip :

Dec 28, 2017: a snapshot of the Nxt blockchain will occur:

Jelurida takes a snapshot of all NXT accounts with everything in them, including the NXT you hold, your registered aliases, account properties, your NxtAE (asset exchange) portfolio, Marketplace items, Monetary System coins, etc. The state of the blockchain. Your NXT balance @ the snapshot block determines how much IGNIS you will get: 1 IGNIS per 2 NXT.

Don´t miss the chance to get free IGNIS

Hello gordonhill, I've been buying up Janus on C-cex for the past couple of days, but arrived at the thought that this will not go anywhere without proper exposure. C-cex seems like a dead end. I know I might be saying obvious things, but the key element to achieving exposure right now is getting listed on more exchanges. I've read through your latest blog where someone from your team mentioned that you paid 5 BTC to get listed on Bittrex and they didn't do it, they didn't even return the money (which seems outrageous to me and you should really do something to get your BTC back).

The first step would be listing on Cryptopia (which is not a small amount to be paid, too) or anything close to that, and when proper volume is achieved, you can try knocking on bigger exhanges' doors. I know you guys lack funds but there has to be a way to overcome this. I mean, you are associated with Nxt and ardor, for god's sake. That alone should put enough attention to your product. I would gladly read what you have to say about this.

Hi Damage_Dealer,

our team is sensitive to your concerns regarding the lack of volume on C-CEX and some other problems of the service provided.

About Bittrex refund, no answer from them. Regarding Cryptopia, we need to paid 4.65BTC at the current price of DOT to get listed JNS, amount we could not afford.

However, not everything is bad news, some JNS community members have been in talks with some owners exchanges and we´re hoping to get JNS at least in 2 new exchanges,  after Ardor goes live.

Will see how it goes!

Regards,

Luis.

Hello quick update,

we have run into an issue with the current building for our electrical needs and the cost to revamp the transformer exceeds the cost to just relocate the farm by many thousands in funds. We apologize but the next 2 weeks we will need a lobetter-suited suited office to get hashing again.

We have considered already and contacted several options and places. Giga-watt in Washington state, another hosting facility in Iowa state, as well as reaching out to local commercial building with 3 phase electric owners. Today we have a strong potential option for a new location (it becomes available January 1st), Bjorn is moving as quickly as he can to make the shift and deals.

Even though this adds time delays, it's because much of the world moves at a pace that we, in Blockchain, do not, IE: people are slower. To avoid a service interruption in the future, we will not lease after this first year, but will, in fact, build our own facilities for mining. The land for this has been secured ahead of time, so this is part of the good news.

Once we have our temporary location up and running then full plans for our own place, on our own property will be revealed.

Yours in business,

Janus (JNS) is a very good altcoin, I have watched it for so long. I am waiting for the latest updates from Janus' DEV team to decide on a long term investment with it. I look forward to receiving the earliest information from Janus' management team. Wish you a happy Christmas.

1. Janus asset ID´s on the #Ardor blockchain will be the same as on the #Nxt blockchain. $JNS $JanusXT $comJNSXT

Yours in business,

You were right very simple for us hodlers.

I don’t know but for me this is confusing. What is JanusXT? Should I just buy Janus or JanusXT?

Hi, steve0nz,

JanusXT is an exclusive revenue source for Janus token holders who have a large stake in the token and our team. When a Janus investor reaches 2 million or more Janus tokens they will be sent one JanusXT token.

Janus asset (JNS) is the token transacted in the decentralized and centralized exchanges.

Why is the website broken?

We´re having some server issues. Will be back ASAP.

Best Regards!

Janus project started with a big pump and forgotten after that. Delisted from few exchanges. I am happy to see that Janus is still in development and dev team is active. I thought I will see death thread and abandoned project. There are hard times now but if you do something to attract more people this will change fast. Volume is needed.

I don't get why there is no volume?
