After recent updates Primedice had some problems and much laggy now. I would like to suggest some dice sites. Are you sure with what you are talking about?
1. Fastdice is not playable since 1month or even more IIRC, they said that they are under new management and will be back shortly  but never give any updates.
2. The fastest? I dont think so, there are many people said that they are the slowest one. I tried them at their first day of launching and they were too slow compared to other sites.

Primedice is still ok up to now. It is still one of the best dice here. However, in my opinion, Crypto-games.net is the best, it is more awesome than primedice. I have not used primedice since June. You can try it.
