From my own perspective, I think ethereum has the best technology for now, I hope other Altcoins can come up with an improved technological development. I joined an ico not quite long that planned to have a better technological development than ethereum.

This cannot be answer as altcoins has different projects and technology to use.
If we will talk about cryptocurrency, it will go with ETHEREUM as it has the most number of contract with tokens and project. (ERC-20)
You can ask this question if ICO has similiar project.

I think ETH is altcoin having the best technology. Ether is like bitcoin 2.0. There are lots of other coins running on ETH's platform. The number of investors in the ether is huge.

I think ETH have the best technology as compare to others. It comes 2nd in rank after BTC. It gives huge profit and it provides huge potential. People also have full trust on it. Market value is also very strong and future is also very bright.

Ethereum and monero take the cake for me. Ethereum is hands down the best altcoin with the best technology behind it which is why it is going to get so many adoptions. Then when it comes to altcoins that can help you keep your transactions anonymous then monero is the one with the best technology when it coms to this aspect.
