hi mate. the minimum click price is $0.03 cents it depends because if advertisers are paying more than 3 cents they are going to get more clicks than you there is always a suggested price per click when entering your details if the suggested price is say 6 cents and you want to pay only 3 cents you will get some clicks but not as many as others.

lets say you pay the highest and get all the clicks on average we can get upto 1000 clicks a day and they are all genuine clicks our system will not count bot, vpn, publisher clicks or the same ip clicking twice.

now this gets a little tricky because when ppc ads are showing you dont get the cpm rate as those advertisers are only paying for clicks and not cpm.

when cpm ads are showing you dont get paid for clicks you only get paid for cpm the minimum for cpm is 2 cents per 1000

I have a new faucet http://emmonfaucet.ga and I applied to become a publisher in your prestigious network but the company rejected me. I have  few blogs that has global rank of 5m all  traffics are organic not bot made from traffic exchange or automated traffics.. 
Let me know the requirements before approve in ppcadmedia..
The same as other adnetwork they 250k to 500k alexa rankings.

we dont focus so much on rankings its more about if its bitcoin altcoin related and has its own domain rather than subdomain.
