It exactly means what It says , either you are accessing the forums too fast or server is overloaded with requests (could be a DDOS attakc). As for your lost posts , you should be able to find them at the drafts :

As far as "you are accessing the forums too fast".. what does that even mean? im browsing as usual, so this should be another DDos of sorts.
Something like refreshing the page too much but I don't you did that so as I said It's likely a ddos attack.

I don't see any button from my messages or in the top.. so that if i forgot and delete this link i can see this link because sometimes i am halving error when posting.. and needs to reload to create a new post again..
