Well if you are going go ahead with trading your bitcoin for paypal, do it with trusted people who have done this before.  I would normally do this, but I have a little too much coin right now.  Try mixan.  I have read good things about him.  I think he has a thread in this section.  There are other traders as well.  Their threads will give you a lot of info, like trust, how past trades went, and more.
