zendo, well, by your own logic, bitcoin is a SCAM.

How much sat/B do you pay for the weekly payout now?
I expect payment to be faster but the recent transaction doesn't even show up in the blockchain.
Seem like your wallet that you used for payout was messed up since transaction after 25 Dec doesn't get through properly?

zendo, well, by your own logic, bitcoin is a SCAM.
You are not taking customer complaints very seriously. I should have expected that you would have accelerated all these transactions by now. I mean, can't you pay about 0.01btc to accelerate some of these transactions? I really cannot imagine how you would expect that weekly transactions that are over 0.2BTC would get confirmed with 10sats/byte. As in, really? Imagine a 0.2BTC transaction volume of well over 150 different transactions having only 0.002BTC as fees and you LOGICALLY think it will get confirmed? If you are a miner, would you confirm it. You should fix this URGENTLY! I have given you different options before. Stop depriving us of our funds through what is easily avoidable. I have over 0.01BTC stuck in different transactions with you from the 25th of December. Imagine all the cash I am bleeding because you refuse to do the needful. Terrible service mehnn! And to think all you are concerned about is releasing different API versions. Fix this one first. Without easy withdrawals, the business would eventually crumble.

There is only one way to resolve this deadlock - increasing of transaction fees (7%) for public addresses.

There is only one way to resolve this deadlock - increasing of transaction fees (7%) for public addresses.
7% is a welcome development going forward but what about the transactions already languishing on the blockchain unconfirmed? I mean, are we going to just abandon them and hope it gets confirmed? Already, you can see the transactions have been retired, and then later added cyclically on the blockchain that is why we see them on the blockchain on some days and some other days don't and it's been going through this vicious cycle for a while now. As long as the fees remain what they are, they may never be confirmed for several more weeks or months. We already are preparing for a BTC bull run soon which would mean another increase in significant fees and more network congestion; if in this BTC bear, you cannot fix this unconfirmed txs, I fear we may be sitting ducks. The only logical step would be to accelerate them. I think if everyone with a transaction stuck right now is encouraged to send a few satoshis that would be pulled SOLELY to accelerate these transactions, people would respond to get their txs confirmed quickly. If you have a better idea, I am open to hear them asap because wishing this away isn't working. And please act fast! Be proactive!

I have a handful of transactions that have been sitting in limbo for a few weeks too. Was trying FS out from a-ads to experiment with, but didn't expect this. A-ads accelerates things when things like this happen. It wasn't that much, but every bit counts.

Perhaps Faucetsystem could offer a "cashout with faucethub" option?  Wink

Mehnnn...why don't you go and implement BitGo Instant on your website, that way, we get to receive our bitcoins immediately everytime with zero confirmation. Since your weekly payments are less than 1BTC, it is free. If it is more than 1BTC, you only pay 0.01% fee but in your case, it should be free. Please save us all this hassle and go and do that quick. Infact, afterwards, you can even be advertising that with your service, withdrawals are instant, powered by BitGo Instant on your website.
Please I do not have to think for you all the time while you do nothing to execute, with our funds wasting away.
FYI, even with the segwit support, if you use the same fees you have been using, the txs would not be any faster. So please, go for what works!

First of all, it's not a scam just because you don't take the time to read and understand what the site is all about.  You could not possibly have withdrawn your 1,000 satoshi since there's a 20,000 satoshi withdrawal threshold, which you would know if you had taken the time to actually LOOK.  I have been using this site continuously for over a year.  They have always paid, corrected issues for me as a faucet owner when needed, and there is obviously now a push to improve the site and make it even better.

I was paid today, a day earlier than the scheduled payout shown in the wallet area of the site.

I would also like to take the time to say... the site is looking really good.  The new features are outstanding.  The site is in desperate need of help files, FAQ, and so on. I understand it's in transition, but one thing that FS has NEVER been good at is communicating with users, and doing so would go a long way to solving some of these types of issues.

yeah, cool! I like it.
So I wish to learn more about this faucetsystem, may I have some FAQ or similar?

Because I was able to withdraw before 20K, so I still wonder why and what happen now.
Example: Where/when transactions are managed?

There has not been made any transaction yet on the blockchain related to my addess, so I wonder, where my 10K satoshi which appear "sent" have been transfered?

I totally agree. So many times people shout 'scam' without bothering to read the T&Cs of whatever site they're using. Then, when they do realise their mistake, they rarely bother to go back and correct all their angry comments.

FS has always worked great for me and I think the new design improves on what has always been a good, honest microwallet.
