If you have the feeling the application does nothing or something strange is going you can activate this mode. What happens then is that unexpected errors (mostly errors that did not show up while I was testing the application) will be shown in an error message window. You can copy that message and file a bug report with it. Be aware that the error message stops the lending functionality. The application will resume lending as soon as you close the error message and leave the settings screen. For that reason the debug mode is disabled after the start of the application per default. 12. You can see the current Version of the application you are using and if you are using the trial version. 13. This is the rate where the application tries to set lend offers. In the trial version, this rate is the lowest lending offer rate others have made for this coin at the current time. In the full version this rate is computed based on past successful the target rate of the last lend cycle and the lowest lending offer for this coin at the current time. In the full version the application in general reacts more quickly to offers that do not get lend after an specified amount of time and takes existing lending demands into account. 14. The computed interest for the current year. This value is inaccurate at the beginning but gets more accurate with each day reaching a 100% accuracy at December, 31. 23:59:59   15. Your current balance of the lending account. 16. The profit you have generated in the current year. Moving coins to the lending account or remove coins from the lending account will confuse this value and you will have to reset the coin in the settings, if you want to. 17. The navigation bar for each coin, there you can switch between "Active Loans" and "Open Loan Offers" 18. The max duration in days this lend will be active 21. The amount of coins this lend represents 22. The amount of coins that are already generated by that lend 23. Any wrong entered credential will lead into an error that will show up when the application tries to connect to the exchanges. If you run the application on multiple systems use a different api key for each device, the exchanges do have restrictions regulating the calls per second one api key can make against there services, using the same api key for multiple instances of the application can violate this restrictions and will lead to a temporal or even permanent block for the account. There are a few errors that will lead to a termination of the program, these errors are if the connection to Bittrex could not be established do an connection error (wrong credentials will show you the settings again where you can correct the credentials) and if the MUE balance on Bittrex is not sufficient. After that you can activate each coin you like to monitor and activate the lending logic for that coin. Do NOT activate the lending logic on more than one device for one Poloniex account, or the devices will interfere with each other. The calculation of the annual profit simply works in that way that during the first access to the account in the current year the balance will be stored. The profit is simply the difference of this balance with the current balance. Every movement of coins will affect that calculation so if you want to brag about ridiculous high profit rates just add coins to your lending account after you start the program, I will not stop you. The same goes for moving coins away from the lending account, the only exception to this behavior is the skimming system. Please do not cancel orders or make new orders while the application is running, most of the time this will work without a problem, but if you hit the short time between reading the order data and making new orders during an lending cycle the application will be confused. The skimming system is a way to get some coins out of your lending profit without affecting the annual rate. If you reach a balance that is a multiple of 20 skimming will come to effect, as soon as your account holds 2 coins that are not lend this 2 coins will be transferred to you exchange account. After that skimming goes into sleeping mode till you balance reaches a multiple of 20 again. The GUI is available in English and German other languages are not planed at the moment, mostly during my lack of speaking more languages than two.

I use the algorithm for nearly a year. Most of the coins will give you 2%-5% interest with some coins breaking out like BTS who is on the bottom and does not have lends for weeks and Clam performing with 24% since I document it.
It is hard to tell an exact number since the interest highly depends on the time where you start to lend, the lending rates at the beginning and a bit of luck.

Looks like a really neat tool you have made there Swtrse, I'm sure many users are going to try and find it useful for their lending!

Can the bot be used with other exchanges? I recall reading that it will / can be used with MUE, although that isn't available on Poloniex at this point.

As soon as I get rid of this inability to post pictures I will add an detailed Information in the first post.

The tool itself at the time can only be used at Poloniex.
To use the tool you well need 100000MUE on your Bittrex account.
Since Poloniex does not list MUE this is a little workaround. As soon as MUE hits Poloniex I will change that so that only Poloniex is used.
If in fact there is the need for other exchanges too that also offers an lending market I can add them to the tool but this is not planed in the moment.

For those of you who don't know swtrse, he has been a supporter of MUE from almost the day of launch, if not actually the actual day of launch those some 2 years and 5 months ago.

The Application is uploaded to the Store. Usually It takes 2-10 days for an application to be accepted.
I'm currently waiting for the application to be accepted or denied for whatever reason they find.

Since I can post images now I will post the details shortly. (this week I promise)
For short, the trial version has no time limit and can therefor used indefinitely.
In fact it's the same application the Microsoft store gives me the possibility to distinct between paid and trial version.
I copied the name trial version from the Microsoft store, but I think free Version would be the more accurate Term.

There is one catch for both versions.
Since one purpose for this application is to support the currency MUE and is part of a whole application ecosystem around that currency.
An other application is an .Net Wrapper for the Bittrex Api which you will find at Github.
So to use the application you have to own at least 100000 MUE. You need to store this balance at Bittrex. The reason for this workaround is that MUE is currently not listed on Poloniex. As soon as MUE is listed at Poloniex I will change that so that only one Exchange is needed.
The MUE parked at Bittrex will not be touched so you actually do not "lose" the money. If you do not want to use the application anymore you can trade the MUE to whatever currency you like.

The only real difference here lies in the lending algorithm.

Of course you can visit Poloniex an do the lending yourself. The App does this for you 24/7. Since every second your coins are not lend is a "loss" to you.

I added a detailed GUI description.
The screenshots are from my test system and are real values. The only thing I photoshoped are the red numbers  .

Still you have to be lucky. I started my test system in March 2016 and got an annual interest for STR of 36% which is very good. If you start know the lend market for STR is not really worth mentioning so it's very hard to give an accurate performance rating for this app. And I do not want to exaggerate the possibilities to much.
Rates of ~40% are possible with some coins but I think the realistic value lies somewhere between 2%-5% which is way more than a bank will offer you now.

Most important the king of cryptocurencies BTC is hovering around 5.6% at the moment.

Since this is a windows store app, it will not run on windows 7.
.Net Core is available for Linux so it could run, but I do not know if the WinRT API is implemented in Linux yet or will be. So my guess is that it most likely will not run.

New Version 1.2.12.0

Today I uploaded an new Version to the Store. My understanding is that the store will signal the update as soon as it is published and the app got updated.
The part I do not know is if the settings will be persisted, at least I hope so.

What is new:

Windows Universal Apps are a pretty new concept for me. So I learned that an app could be suspended by the Operating System. This is bad since while suspended no timer or event whatsoever will be fired. So there will be no lending while the application is suspended. Since an active debugging Session is preventing the process to be suspended I only got aware of that fact after testing the store version without the debugger attached.
Well I learned my lesson and found a way around it. This way is called "Background Tasks". The only downside is that a Background Task will be executed only every 15 Minutes. A shorter period of time is not possible. On the other side this "Background Tasks" works even if the application is suspended.

The new behavior of the application will be

• when in foreground (application window visible) lending will be checked every minute
• when in background (application minimized or screen is locked) lending will be checked ever minute, till the OS decides to suspend the application
• when suspended lending will be checked ever 15 minutes, till the OS decides to resume the application or the user interacts with the application and makes the window visible again

One other thing.
The crash statistic showed me that 100% of the crashes are happens on an XBox One.
Since I have no XBox One to test I can only guess what the problem is. I changes some code at the part were the crashes happens. I hope this will get rid of it.
It would be very useful If someone with an XBox One could file a ticket what exactly happens shortly before the crash or if there is any additional information on the screen when the crash happens.

This is really great work, Swtrse! It is very ideal for lending automation, in a simple and hassle-free way. Glad to see that you are a good supporter of MUE, in order to help make it a very usable crypto currency for the masses. Once the app is released, I'm pretty sure that it will be widely used by many MUE enthusiasts, like me. I wouldn't mind paying for the full version in order to help support the development of this exciting app.

Hi, it's really simple

You open a Poloniex account, and deposit into your "lending" account.
You open a Bittrex account, and deposit a minimum of 100,000 MUE.
You download the app and set up the APIs.
That's it.

Poloniex lending is for only a certain number of coins, so decide which coins you want to lend on Poloniex, and deposit those.
Why not just start with BTC to make things simple for you.

Since there is no Mue lending market at Poloniex there is know way to lend MUEs. you MUEs won't be touched. You only need MUE to get the application starting.

New Version 1.2.14

There are some minor updates, most of them only affects the user interface.

What is new:

In some cases the timezone of the computer clock was not taken into account correctly. This is fixed now. This affects mostly the user interface and in one case the computing logic of how long an offer will be active before it will be canceled.
In some other cases the number format that is chosen in windows 10 settings was ignored, now the numbers are shown considering these settings.

Some features of Version 1.2.15 seems like they do nothing but have significant changes in the background to prepare the application for the next features I will implement as soon as I find the time.

* Applications on different devices will synchronize some Values so that every device will show the same Summary Info Data for a Coin.
* The application will be able to upload coins to the lending account so that the annual interest will not be affected by coin uploads any more.

Now you should see all applications installed to your computer

Step 3) Got to "Goldfinger Bank" use "Right Click" and choose "Create Shortcut" from the context menu.
Step 4) You will be told that creating an shortcut in this place is not possible and if you want to create the shortcut on the desktop instead. Answer that wit "Yes".
Step 5) Rename the new shortcut on your desktop to something short. I renamed mine to "GB".
Step 6) Create an powershell script file. For Example "Run.ps1"
Step 7) Start the Goldfinger Bank App and check in the task manager the path of the executable. In my case "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\65507Goldfinger.GoldfingerBank_1.2.19.0_x64__hr7hdgfsr8afc\GPB.exe";
Step 8) Add the following code to the powershell script

Version 2.0.4 will hit the store soon.
Unmotivated App Shutdowns should be a thing of the past.
Plus as long as your windows system is running you do not even have to let the GUI open to lend coins.
The new Version makes heavy use of Windows Background Tasks and starts the lending job every 15 Minutes even if the application is closed.

There are many small improvements to the app and I will update the description after the app is online in the store.

The effect was if at some point the nonce was going off the application stopped working.

The next Version will be a complete overhaul of the current App since the app crashes way to many times for my taste.
I partially blame the new "in process background task" feature which seems to have some flaws, and the fact that this is my fist step with WUP.

This is no project of Poloniex. This is a tool written by me using the poloniex api.

The new version is already in the stores. What makes it different is that the App is more stable know. I changed the way the application is working in the background completely.
As a side effect the background task will run even if the application is closed. So you can now start the application and close the GUI. It is more ore less a windows service and of course I could have implemented it that way. But I wanted to experiment with .Net Core and Windows Universal Apps.

As promissed here are the screens. Since BTC and ETC are my testing coins during development I Reset them regularly (That means Starting Balance and Revenue calculatet only by the last few days). All other Coins are running since 1.1. and since there is late in the year the calculated % is more accurate on this coins ^^.

Just for reminding the Annual Rate (Jahreszins) is calculated (((CurrentBalance-BalanceAtStart)/DaysSinceStart)*365)/BalanceAtStart
the only day when this is not a prediced value is the last day of the year

and I have skimming system activated witch moves 0.25 Pieces of a coin to exchange market after the balance grow a whole coin

What you have to do is
1) Hold your MUE at least worth $1000 on the Bittrex account.
2) Move the coins you want to lend to poloniex and add them to the lending market.
3) Start the app register the api keys and start lending.
4) If you like the app invest the €4.99 to change to the full version witch uses an more sophisticated lending algoritm
5) If you do not have enouth MUE or want to try the app there is a subscription addon that deactivates the mue prerequesit. The first month is for free just not forget to unsubscribe if you do not want to continue or saved enougth mue to use the app without the subscription.

Version 4.1.3 is out.

This one get rid of an anoying skimming bug where ever time you got skimming reward the new coin balance was not calculated correctly and an error occured.

I also addressed the problem that sometimes rates drops to a unusual low value.
Someone could use that knowledge to dump lending rates and the bot would follow the new low.
The new algorithm will only follow rate drops over a longer time period.

Skimming now also is only active when the available coins are at least 20 times the minimum lending amount for that currency.

Also new anual rates are reported on the Goldfinger Bank facebook page. Since we reaching the end of the year these predicted values get more and more accurate.

Unfortunaly there was a crash in the CLAM lending market.
As a result Poloniex is removing all Markets with low liquidity from the lending market.

This will not affect current lends on these markets.
Version 4.1.7 will be mandatory starting with 30. June 2019.

Poloniex has also decided to cover the losses via the BTC lending pool so everyone who had active BTC lends did lose 16.202% from the lends.
For Testing and Analysing Purposes I do hold a fair amount of BTC in my lending account to make updates and improvments to the tool.

After a long time there is a new Version for the Lending app.

I removed obsolete coins and added the new ones listed on the poloniex lending market.

Most important for most of you I removed the subscription option.
This option was initially there to give the MUE-Coin a push because I belive in this project and still do.
However over time I got the feeling that the initial barrier for using this app is to high, having an Bittrex and a Poloniex Account and also hold MUE on the Bittrex wallet might have scared many interested users away.
So I removed the need for holding MUE on a Bittrex account completely. With that gone a Bittrex connection is no longer necessary and the need to have a Bittrex account is also removed.
Since the subscription option was there to remove the need for MUE this subscription option got also obsolete and was removed in this new Version.

The new Version holds 2 Versions a Free and a One-Time-Payment Version.
The only difference is that the Free Version will show small Ads from time to time and is using a simplified lending logic.
