It looks like they got some technical issues and payments are not received even after a few hours already and still status shows pending.

Do you guys also face same issues?

Maybe they didn't adjust their fees. Fees are kind of high right now. Do they give you a TXID or is it just something where you don't even see it in your address yet and not that you're not just receiving confirmations?

Maybe some technical issues for short term. You can contact their support team to get a help. If withdrawal is pending, then I don't think he can find any transaction ID details. Users will get these details only after the transaction is confirmed so he can only contact their support team to get help.

This morning I had withdrawn my signature amount from this site and already received it. It was quite fast like less than 15 minutes.

Just check with the support team for your case surely it will be resolved soon because their support team is quite helpfull.

This site seems to have fallen prestige, when I first played in fortunejack they hold freerolls at every hour but now they do not hold back freerolls and it seems many users or participants leave.. RIP FJ !!

Yes many users leave their poker game especially those who are freerollers. Their freeroll was great but I think there are too many people with multi accounts to abuse the freerolls.

@OP : Have you received your withdrawal? If you got it already then you should lock this thread. No need to keep this thread alive when your is fixed, or just go to their official thread for future issue.

They seem to be really caught up in a slow transition to become something that is still unclear. The cash tables are not reasonable levels for most of us and those that are rolled would be uneasy playing against a table of players all from one Country. The dice used to attract me but it was only because it was a nice layout on my cell phone and I found better else where.
There 100 promo never seems to have any players coming back to say thank you that where not bought or new accounts and am not going to bother with it.

The cashouts have been a issue for some time but always seem to be rectified eventually. Personally never ran into any issues with transfers but I was never over .5 btc there.

Hopefully when they roll out a better product they update here in this forum,might check it out but there are a few things that go on in this forum with there signature users that make me pause and think about their optics.

The issue has been resolved. It took almost half a day to receive my withdrawals. Didn't expect this from reputed site and they claim it instant withdrawal.

Anyway issue has been resolved so locking this thread now.
