Already described many time before in this thread , please go through previous pages about it . in Simple words EDU carry risk and Non edu don't thus priced high .

This is common issue with EDU credits , So nothing new about it . EDU credits always carry risk of being revoked and amazon has right to remove any codes they want anytime . Thus i have clear statement about this risk on my terms .

I bought it only because it stated it includes EC2 services, but it doesn't... seller SPECIFICALLY claimed it DOES on both this thread and on the sales page (it is even highlighted in the list), but .. nope.. no EC2 VPS included

I do not think you know what is AWS or how to use it . After you add credit then the active or new Instances will consume the available credits first and when all credits consumed then your Payment card . Please before arguing about this check again carefully and learn a bit more about AWS .

Go to your credit history and after you redeem you can see Right side " See Complete List " under " Applicable Services Tab .
Check that list below EC2 Container its mentioned as " AMAZON ELASTIC COMPUTE CLOUD " that is called EC2
