一.   The significance of anti-fake: In China, fake goods are everywhere covering milk powder, engine oil, cosmetics, diapers, luxury goods, even the medicinal materials, drugs, condoms,beef and eggs. It is rather hard to find a field without the fakes. What happened? From the analysis of the author, the reasons are as follows:

1. For the merchant, the cost is so high  when coming to anti-fake technology. What’s more , there are flaws in anti-fake technology itself. Many merchants spend much money on it, however the effect is almost zero. It leaves them no choice. The role of victim is not only the merchant, but also the consumer.

2. There are many individual workshops. They take risks for the sales and profits in the way of vicarious inventory, package imitating, reuse of genuine security label. The worst part is that they change the center address, telephone. Various means emerge.

3. Anti-fake technology company break the rule and personally authorize : On the one hand, many anti-fake companies provide anti-fake technology for certified goods, on the other hand, they provide the same technology for the fake merchants.

4. The crack of anti-fake: The price for the usage of the high-end anti-fake is high. And there are no technical threshold for low-end technology. So it is easy to be cracked which means the anti-fake is a failure.

5.Penalties and supervision are incomplete, social atmosphere and sense of security are not enough.


What is the result of the flooded fakes?
Someone died because of drinking fake beer , some farmers have no harvest because of buying fake seeds, someone use veterinary drug as the medicine, someone use the antibiotic made from starch. The patients’ conditions worsen. They suffer a lot. And not only that the annual average output value of the fakes is more than 130 billions.
Therefore the annual average loss for tax is 25 billions. Many Chinese and foreign brands old well in the market before.  However, it is end up with the fact that the flooded fakes take over the market. The annual sales for the accessories of Shanghai Volkswagen Car is 1.4 billions. But the annual sales of the fakes is up to 3 billions. According to the survey of the 146 enterprises which was affected by the fakes, among the 23 companies, the proportion between fakes sales and genuine sales  is over 50%, among the 11 companies, it is over 100%. For one of the worst company , the fakes sales is 568 times the number of the genuine sales. Where is the living way of the genuine goods? The destroyed invest environment prevent the domestic investors from investing. It is even worse for our fame if the fakes is transported to the abroad. The most important point is that it hurts the competiveness of the conscientious enterprises, poisons people’s health . Me and you are included.

Inchain is the anti-fake platform which is pushed out by a group of ambitious block chain technicians, design expert, partners with deep understanding of the block chain. What features does it have?

This just copy cat and sergey haven't said for continue his project although it was not getting their minimum funding. They will start with a new concept but not for this, Actually, he has made confirmation about that in the inchain ANN thread.
