I'm not a business consultant but I sort of like your idea and that make me  think bitsane should have a platform where new altcoin can be easily added to list cos a lot of cool coin are holding their ICO,some looking for an exchange to add their altcoin. If bitsane an easy to add in new altcoin, the site will be more popular, more popular, will generate more visitors and more visitors will bring more trade.

I really wish that exchange site give me a notification in real time when my transaction is done, I mean if I make an order to sell my bitcoin in certain price, I will get a notification in my phone when the transaction done.

They will certainly consider good suggestions that will make their site more popular due to lot of good features, this is a business and they need to compete with the reputable exchange sites that are popular now. It's really simple to compete, just follow their strength and improve their weaknesses.

With that, you can attract more clients and stay trustworthy as it's the most important thing to maintain.

I just visited their official website while and I've seen it very nice i mean on how they designed the whole concept of their website although it is simple but they still have a good design that can be easy to understand as well as to navigate . I hope that they will add more and more alt coins .

Same here I registered and navigate the site, its kinda compact and clean. Though there are too few to trade and I would suggest that they accept or list popular coins.  Another thing, I also think that accepting legit and popular ICO's can attract lots of New customer to the exchange.  Though they need to be selective of listing ICO to maintain a high standard  exchange.

Im opening my bitsane account everyday but for me opening it is quite fast not slow I have an average internet connection in our country , I dont know why bitsane is loading slow in your device.

There is a lot of information on the main page and also that information is dynamic and constantly changing, Which cause the site to load a little slow, but still it is in Beta state.  Once it is fully live and functional, it will be the one of the best exchange site.

Suggestion is good since if they had an referral program surely many people would promote their site to different social media sites since many people want to get some bunos from their referred people, but also dev should do some social campaigns by themselves so they can also help their site to get good traffics, and although social campaign may not work sometimes but it still depends on the devs on how they execute and sustain their patience to make their campaign exposure last.
