Firstly, I have never seen someone paying 10,000 satoshi for a sign up only task (if there is, please, inform me).
Secondly, it's a sign up task which doesn't require any other commitment like clicking on anything in the site, just sign up, get your 10,000 satoshi and forget about it, plain and simple.

If spam emails are a problem, just use a filter and direct all the spam straight to the junk folder.
I use disposable email ids to avoid this problem.

That is an option. I heard of an email service that is for one time use. Can't remember the name of the service though. I would just use that for the sign up process.

At least, an e-mail verified one (not a bank account or a credit/debit card one).
Any country is welcome except USA, Canada and UK, they require a final step of verifying a phone number (so, it will cost the applicant and that is something I don't like).
