i'd love to see the success rate for dark web assassinations. i'm gonna guess it's not very impressive. maybe somewhere around absolutely none. it's a little easier to take the money and disappear rather than break the law any further.
In 2012, while using a search engine especially designed for the TOR browser, I stumbled upon a crowdfunding site, which collected Bitcoins for "Islamic Jihad". A few months later, it was revealed that the site was set up by some white guy in Belarus. By the time the scam was busted, this guy was able to withdraw thousands of coins to his personal wallet.
