Hello
After a lot of Googling around and asking sending support requests that always end up being ignored by Cryptonato's support , i even paid for a month's subscription to get priority in support , they still ignored me .
On 31th of November 2015 i have sent 3.987 BTC to my other wallet and it stayed in Pending status , first time  i reached out them about it they responded saying :
---------------- ticket number  7340 date 7th of December 2015
Hello

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the delayed reply!

Our hot wallet was swarmed by thousands of incoming micro-transactions, which causes issues with signing outgoing transactions. The issue is caused by too many tiny incoming transactions automatically included in larger outgoing transaction, which exceeds the maximum transaction size in bytes allowed by the Bitcoin network.

Our developers are working to resolve this problem asap.

We apologize for the inconvenience.
--------------
6 days later they responded to another ticket i asked them about my transaction's status they replied
--------------------- ticket number  7596  date  13/December /2015
Hello

Thanks for reaching out!

We are experiencing issues with signing outgoing transactions. The issue is caused by lots of dust incoming transactions automatically included in larger outgoing transaction, which exceeds the maximum transaction size in bytes allowed by the Bitcoin network. Faucets payouts literally spammed our wallet.

Our developers are working to resolve this problem.

We apologize for the inconvenience.
-----------------------

Months and months passed with my transaction still pending and no respond from support and me not being able to do anything about it .

as a proof i have a picture of my pending transaction

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Bro...you waited a year for this?!

Even TWO years ago...nobody should ever store their bitcoin/altcoin on another person's computer.  Or in this case, someone's server...

...why would you even do that??  What logic defends the sending - of any amount of money - to some random on the internet?  I mean, technically you deserve a medal for cryptonator's NEW! Merchant Services! They probably couldn't have done it without scamming a bunch of legitimately-minded users like yourself...honestly, my condolences...but why not just print out a freakin' paper wallet, dude??!!!

Hello
today i got a good respond from cryptonator.com stating the following :

===============Original message=============

Hello

Fortunately, one of our clients pointed out to this post on the bitcointalk board https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1686518 and we were able to identify you in our system by the address on the attached screenshot.

The last message we have received from you was on the Dec 13, 2015 17:06. In our reply we asked whether to refund the payment or send in to the target address. And since then we didn't hear from you due to a possible bug in the Zendesk ticket system, which is no excuse anyway.

We have refunded the pending transaction of 3.987 BTC to your bitcoin account and also added 3% atop that amount as an average annual interest banking rate.

If you'd just have contacted us from any other email address, this could be resolved way faster.

We deeply apologize for this delay and the inconvenience caused.

==========================================

therefore it is my moral duty to inform everyone here about the solution i got from them after posting in here , and that i would mark it as a resolved problem .
going to move to printed wallet for best protection and stability since i do not intend to move them for years .

i appreciate everyone's respond and taking the time to read my problems !

We also would appreciate if you could post on the board that the issue has been resolved.

Geez, that sounds like a fairy tale. Any proofs for the payment? Because, frankly speaking, currently this looks to me like an advertising. Smiley Not to mention that back in December, 2015, Bitcoin was more than $300 cheaper than it is now.

I had the same impression.
If it is true story, it is really strange that in first post he write that months he didn't be able to do nothing. Then open here accusstion thread and like a magic trick problem is resolved.. Fast, without confirmation if he still uses this Bitcoin address, with 3% of interest, with almost double price of Bitcoin.. It sounds to good for Bitcoin world! Wink
I would like to see at least transaction ID..

Of course you don't have to.

It reminded me of the story of a guy who "accidentally" sent 25 BTC to "cloud mining service". After few days of "investigation" this "cloud minig" sent his BTC back. Of course after few months this "cloud mining" turn in to a scam..

Stories, stories, stories..

It will not help, there is no evidence that they cooperate. No transaction ID, no connection. Cryptonator will hide behind not disclosing clients personal informations, and our victim already wrote last post on this forum and will desappear. Mission accomplished.
We can move forward..

me too

I wait since 22.12.2018 on the credit of my deposit of 15000 DogeCoin.

These are visible in the blockchain, including my wallet DPSYHbNTtUivqGiSaQJLJ28ijRMpo1sm3G on Cryptonator.

No answer to any of my support tickets, no help, no money back .. nothing nothing nothing ...

I had several different coins at Cryptonator, I found the Ideas to have good different coins in one place.
Have exchanged some coins, received and sent ... that worked many times.

Because I do not get any help here, I have deducted all coins and can only warn everyone against this website.

DO NOT go to Cryptonator, you will NOT get help with any problems and will lose your money!

I have been waiting for more than 50 days for my money !!

This is my experience with Cryptonator! And I'll tell all that, over and over, until someone from Cryptonator answers.

I opened 5 support tickets and I did not get an answer. Not a single answer!

Hello Cryptonator, I look into my wallet every day, my doge are not there. I look into my email inbox every day, no answer from Cryptonator.
I send PN here to the Cryptonator team ("teamcryptonator"), no answer.

I will continue ...

It's ascertained they are a big cheat, even the victims are not just people who are in the forum, I see little reviews of people against them and I do not see a bit of good words for them.
Stop to use them, they are very outrageous. Even the steemit website has already discussed this.
