Well, I don't think that they are entitled to asking for your ID to be honest. The reason why a lot of people uses their service anyways is because people do not have to provide any sort of identification to start betting.

However I cannot comment on whether Cloudbet or you are in the wrong, because they claim that there is a fraud related issue. Still, there are a lot of complaints made against them recently that suggests that you are saying the truth.

More info have to be provided to us in my opinion by Cloudbet. Otherwise we are just hearing a one sided story.
UPDATE GUYS : AFTER DOING LOT COMPLAIN EVERYWHERE THEY SETTELED MY BET AS WIN AND COMMITED THIER APOLOGIES WITH ME . THANKS SBR AND BITCOINTALK for supporting me

if this is solved please lock it, people like Shinpak0 might post in it and it gives the impression there are plenty of complaints while it's just one.

Well that would of pretty obvious of what the reason was for closing your account. It breaches their T.O.S rules when you sign up for an account with them.
They will shut that down quick.
Case closed and that is why they do not respond to you emails or support requests.
They just don't care to hear from you any longer that is all really. Lips sealed

That is besides the point.
If they state whatever rules in their terms of service agreement and YOU the user decide to agree to them by putting that check mark in their little box beside those rules then you are abiding by their rules by continuing to login into their site and playing at their bitcoin casino.
It is whatever law they put in place.
They are not obligated to follow any laws which are governed outside of their countries (if they even have any!) and that includes the Untied States.

It does not matter if YOU agree. It is never juridical valid if you agree to something that is against the applicable laws.

If a part of THEIR terms and conditions is not in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction (They operate inside), then this part is invalid!
