Need A Programmer/Coder Paying $10-40

I know nothing about scripts, but I am in need of something script/program that could be created to take data from elsewhere and input it into fill out forms. eg. (Filling out google email create email form) where it could take predefined name, last name, email name, and things like that from another database maybe api (I dont really know what im saying) I can go into more detail for those creating the scripts. Also if anyone here could even tip out what type of coding is required for this type of project that would be greatly appreciated. I will pay $10-40 based on efficiency and ease of access.

It would be really helpful if you could describe your project a bit more clearly You want form (online ? ) Where you input data (or read data from database ? ) and send email to users based on data provided ? this is how i understood your project. Sorry for not leaving any responses to all the offers, This was filled in only reason I didn't lock the post is because it wasn't confirmed if the person was going to make the script. Thanks for the help.
