Why would he send you a single cent first? what makes you thinks you have earned that? I would advise using an escrow here if you decide to deal.
Hehe, thank you for your concern but that's how the rules are around. And 0.01 is too low for the need of an escrow. I heard the minimum to be 0.05 or so. Thank you for helping me out.
