I think they should tried Liqui.io, waves and Incent are on it, some that should help their pitch to the liqui team. We need Tokes on one exchange soon

curious to see when its going to be listed as well. the distribution i think isn't done yet though. they may have to clear things out to the incent team, ico participants and the bounty hunters. its been quite awhile now, its a good start i guess if bittrex will be listing. if not then there are some other exchanges.

The idea of getting tokes listed on various exchanges is a good one but I feel  The tokes team should be more concerned about making sure that Tokes are correctly distributed to all investors before thinking of getting Tokes listed on any exchange.

That way, We can avoid more troubles like the recent incent-tokes trouble . By the way, The team is doing a good job

Yes it depends on Incent team releasing the remaining tokens. Cassius said Tokes team default on the payment of 5BTC that was agreed upon before the ICO, I think Tokes team made a mistake there, they should have put a clause in the contract that the money to be paid is subject to the performance of the ICO

But we've to wait to get listed there to be honest I don't have good hope for poloniex. If dev team will pay some fee for listing than we will be on bittrex very soon.

Just putting this immediate response out, copy-and-paste from our slack. I'll be providing a more detailed response shortly. The bottom line is that we have all investor transaction information, and we'll be exchanging the initial tokes asset with a new one of the same name, on waves.

I'll be making some public statements soon. The essence is that we had a phone call yesterday to discuss wrapping up the remaining distributions, along with the balance of the reserve account. In addition to an initial 5btc payment to them, and a 3 btc escrow payment, we had initially discussed a 5btc closing payment. However, given their negligence in execution on our token sale, I sought to negotiate different terms on that final payment

i dont want to say i told you so, but i swear i said first days you launched this it seemed like a big point of failure relying on another platform for your ICO sale. go figure your having troubles now.
Im happy i never invested in this, was too many points of failure and now i see them coming all through :/

It wouldn't be required that they have waves listed as well, but the operators would need some knowledge on how to execute the code for waves. And, since they would need to be running a waves wallet to enable tokes transactions, it would make sense for them to list both.

Yes, we've taken over control of the remaining distributions. We've sorted through the majority of the outstanding customer service issues and processed those payouts. There are still ~30 people who have not submitted their withdrawal address to us, but we will make the appropriate transfers once they do - emails went out this week to all members who had not submitted an address.

We are in full control of the tokes reserve and distribution from this point going forward. The issue was not related to the capital raised during ICO, as they continue to suggest. There were numerous issues with the software we 'purchased' through our agreement. In any case, we've mutually cut ties and are now completely separately managing our projects.

You're being a bit overly dramatic here. There are numerous ICO management services out there (ICOO, ICONOMI, etc) - we chose one more closely tied to the waves ecosystem. That was one potential point of failure, but it was an obstacle we overcame within 2 days of taking over distro. Problem solved. I'm not sure what other 'points of failure' you're alluding to. Would be happy to have you elaborate on any other weaknesses you see.

And in fact, we've thought through much more than how we were raising our initial capital. Give our whitepaper a read, or our blog, or any of our other news updates. You'll immediately see we have a much more robust foundation laid than simply raising the ICO funds. In fact, the reason we didn't build our own ICO platform was because we wanted to focus on the true initiatives of the project, which extend well beyond collecting capital...No point in recreating the wheel. Try doing a little research on what we're creating and I think you'll change your perspective.
