Xapo Bitcoin debit card. It's Visa card, you fill it in Bitcoin and when you are paying with it in online or retail stores Bitcoins are instantly converted to fiat money, Euro or US dollar, depending what you choose. You can also withdraw cash at any ATM.
Card is very reliable I had never any problems with spending Bitcoins on that way and it's accepted everywhere.

It's probably better to check the list and decide by yourself : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1242788.0
Keep in mind that CoinsBank is currently having an awesome Black Friday deal with 95% off for their cards. (0.95 USD only) you may want to check them out .

The cheapest I know of is: Uquid and Coinizy.
Coinizy even allows to deposit funds from PayPal.

Xapo Bitcoin debit card. It's Visa card, you fill it in Bitcoin and when you are paying with it in online or retail stores Bitcoins are instantly converted to fiat money, Euro or US dollar, depending what you choose. You can also withdraw cash at any ATM.
Card is very reliable I had never any problems with spending Bitcoins on that way and it's accepted everywhere.

i wonder if i order xapo debit card and use the card in the ATM, will it be converted from USD into my local currency by exchange rate this day? but when i take a look in their site, their minimum amount for withdraw in many ATM and its $200 and its about 0.3 bitcoin, but i think i will trying to order the debit card to know about this.

I use Coinizy. So far, I haven't had problems with them. They only charge $0.5 for a virtual card. You can deposit using bitcoins or PayPal. Though, I am not sure if they can give you a physical card. Although I only use the coinizy prepaid card online because I have a physical credit card and debit card that use fiat.

Wirex is supporting both MasterCard and Visa card. MasterCard for new users is when you make a physical card , as for the virtuals then you can get a Visa card (which could help you verify accounts like PayPal or Skrill etc... )

Can you tell me how long this promotion will last? Is the card a Visa or a MasterCard?

A few days ago I received some very shocking news. Neteller sent me an email telling me not to use my mastercard anymore, because the neteller card will no longer be supported in my country. Too sad to know that.

I would recommend you to use E-Coin(aka Wirex), they have also mobile application where you can access your funds but there are also other similar services like coinsbank, xapo etc.

They wrote "for a limited time" without mentioning when It's going to end . As for the card then It's a VisaCard.
I had the same thing for Neteller and I'm going to assume that you won't be able to use CoinsBank either as restricted/banned countries are most of the time the same even if services are different . (It's possible to order from CoinsBank but only No-name limited cards with like 250 EURO only as limits) so kinda useless.

You would be surprised at the amount of cards out there, many have restrictions on the amounts you can withdraw as OmegaStarScream said.

You will of course have some fees for the use of the cards so make sure to read through everything before you start using your chosen card as there may be some fees that are not visible at first.

There are now many cards whoa re offering this kind of service, under the brands of Visa and Mastercard. As the popularity of the Bitcoin is spreading, we can expect and more and more merchants to be offering the same kind of service. The are making some money and we are given the convenience of using the cards in ATM machines worldwide.

I have been using spectrocoin card for about 6 months now, haven't had any problem yet but seems like others are having some issues with it, I am looking to change it soon. From what i have seen all the bitcoin debit cards have the same limits so its not much of a difference which one you choose as long as its from a trusted website.

i guess the withdrawal restriction can be deleted by doing verification which is not going to be a problem if OP really serious about it and planning to use the card for a long term instead of 1 times use. even though it will likely to share OP's document to the site which is sometimes against privacy if he'd really care about

I think neteller cards are now removing more than 100 countries from their supported country list so you better check about your country. Neteller cards are not good to be used as bitcoin cards.
