Can be because it's just added, can also be the market cap is to low to show.
When it reach a minimum amount it will shows up.

Pump some BTC and it will show up in 24 hours.

This looks like a good coin for me, especially with committed dev team. But, I don't really understand why some coins fly high, some have good features while others don't. I guess promotion will be a main factor for the price. KURT is pretty low in price now, hope it will fly...

Not sure how effective the voting is. I saw in their list some really old coins that are still stuck there. Either you pay them with enough bitcoins or have to wait for long long time. Or if the coin gets hot they will always take it, all they care is their commission.

I don't think exchange matters. The price need to go up, otherwise in a bigger exchange it will be just dumped. To make price higher, we possibly need some promotions. Dev team is doing their work, so it is great.
