I have this stealth paypal account with some money.

As it is a stealth account it doesn't have my real name and I can't add a real bank account.

I'll try to buy an IBAN from digital goods sections but if I don't succeed in that I'll need to sell.

How much paypal are we talking about here?
I might have a solution for you if we can not come to an agreement with the rate to do this at.
As you can see from my selling thread the rate is steep for newbie accounts with paypal because of the risk involved with these stealth accounts.
Because if someone takes funds from them, then they run the risk of having their own account limited and the funds in there comprised because of accepting funds from them.

This is a huge risk for the person selling you the BTC.  What is preventing you from charging back?

There's still a risk of course. I can't argue with that or I would ask for 1:1. But it's very far from a huge risk.

First I'll send funds from my account and not from credit cards.

I'll send as gift or to friends/family or anything at your choice to reduce risk.
