It could be a scam, but the fact that they keep 0.10 (less fees) for every 1.10 BTC makes me believe that it isn't. A 10% profit margin on a small gambling toy that probably took a few days to write and debug is fair enough. But you are right there is no way of knowing even if they displayed the block number (after a 110 round game of the transactions).
Yup Im saying they could play themselves to win. Keep everything and maybe every so often let someone else win.

They could and it would be impossible to prove. It would be the same for the ebook store idea above. Apart from people would badmouth the site everywhere they could. If they were given the wrong ebook or even no ebook at all. Who do you trust. Maybe that is an idea for a bitcoin like project a non rollback website trust pool registry. +1 and -1 stay forever. Maybe something that could be added to Namecoins.

Not saying it's definitely a scam.  But it definitely could be a scam and there would be no way to know.  Even if it sometimes paid jackpots to real users, it could still be keeping others.

There is more than enough profit in it not to be a scam.
One Hundred and ten bets of 20 cents each to have a chance of winning a jackpot of $20, and the site keeps $2 (less fees and running costs).

With those numbers it sounds like an honest game of chance. Yea there is opportunity to cheat people, but with the amount of work and thought that was put into implementing this I would doubt it. It is not like it would make millions for the creator.

There is absolutely no way to know if they are cheating or not. It would be super easy to cheat. They just need to keep it all or play themselves at the end to win! I'm just saying people have no way of knowing if it's fair! Could be but no way of knowing. I'm not saying you are cheating but we have no way of knowing.

I'd just like to hear from 'Ouaigr0' and see how he was able to win so soon after the project launch. The 2nd round is obviously going much much slower.

(I was the 22th by the way)
