YoBit fixed the issue with ARCO and the wallet is now online. Tested with 50 coins and all went fine:

Now I'd like to say a few words about the situation here. I was indeed very frustrated, because people does not deserve such attitude. ARCO guy is extremely good and humble person, it has a beautiful wife and 2 children + he's paying FOR ALL out of his own pocket. He never gives promises about anything regarding ARCO's development, if he's not sure if he will deliver. He's also not lying to anyone. If it was some sh*tcoin with the only goal to make some money to his 'creators', I would not care at all - let them fucking DIE. But this is different! I consider myself as a good person (at least in 'cryptoworld) and I believe that good people should help each other. That is why I engaged here and this thread was only the beginning, but YoBit guys did their job and I would like to thank them for that.

I was then approached by our FAILCommunity's Russian team member, who explained me some details about YoBit. We had a long conversation (2-3+ hrs on Telegram) and he convinced me that YoBit are trying to deliver better services. I wish them all the best!

Best regards,
Spartak Tomanov

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Spartak,
I hope they apologized publicly to you and to the dev of this coin and offered compensation too.

This thread is worth more than 50% of Yobits' signature campaign posts and 90% ofmy posts combined.

They also havent updated their greencoin wallet in about 6 months

Don't hi-jack a thread. But I'm glad you did.

P.S.

Thank you Spartak.

They fixed ARCO's problem 2-3 days after I started this thread and our Russian guy (FAILCoin is with a worldwide team) told me that a guy from their support convinced him that YoBit is trying their best to improve their services. Looks like 2.5 months later things are not much different...

I've been a retention(Loyalty) specialist. Number 1 cause of high churn rate is because of poor customer service.
Well, your issue isn't fixed for months so I don't feel the sincerity of Yobit telling they are trying their best to improve.

75days is too long for a significant improvement.

Not sure what's the case with them now, since I did relocated from Bulgaria to the Czech Republic and I needed to sort out a lot of things. I'm not reading the news or follow the forum lately, but it appears that YoBit is continuing with their bad practice...

Everyone keep replying in english this is nonsense

You don't even need to understand what specifically matveevka says. It's all yada yada (just like in his ticket responses), but in Russian.

Posting here as well.

Final call to update to ARCO 2.0.

Same issue with Nevacoin

An update was made to the code including a fork.

Release was made 17.dec 2016: https://github.com/Nevacoin/nevacoin/releases/tag/v1.4.0

Yobit notified the same day. 17.dec 2016. Proof:

Their support form claims a response in 8 to 14 business days

There has been no reply for over 75 days.

Not just no upgrade, I mean NO reply. At all. Not even "we are working on it" or "sorry it is taking so long" or anything... Just a complete ignore.

Opened another private ticket on 12.dec 2017. Also no reply to this day.

Tried tweeting to them. No response.

Sent a PM via bitcointalk to user @YoBit. No response.

In the meantime yobit listed dozens of new coins while ignoring my and other users tickets to maintain existing coins on their exchange.

Thankfully the exchange volume of nevacoin is moving towards cryptopia.

A warning to all users, withdraw your nevacoin funds from Yobit before the fork (block 291111) or your funds might be stuck with this bad exchange for a long time.

This is the new place for yobit support tickets I guess. After posting here two days ago I got a reply today that they updated the wallet.

Maybe a coincidence...

hmmm ...

we are about to update droidz ... among other coins we have under our wing - like ozziecoin and granite ...

ozc has been dormant - but running ...

droidz has not been updated for over a year now ...

and granite they flatly refused to include in the exchange ...

hence why i have pretty much little or no faith in this exchange whatsoever ...

i did thank them for their 'service' when knocking back granite - as they at least responded ... but gave NO reason as to why - or what they are looking for - even though i paid for the inclusion ...

the yobit exchange platform IS actually a good platform ... its just the 'management' that runs the exchange are very laid back and dont seem to give a damn - unless they are being paid LOTS of income - whether its from direct btc - OR - a coin that has such a high volume that they will eventually be paid anyway ...

im quite disappointed with yobit - but still use them on small trades ... i ( and the company im part of - chainworks industries ) just cant afford to risk anything bigger than small trades we do here - until they get their act together ...

Today I was on yobit and i explained to someone that a coin was bound to go up because of the law of demand and supply. IN any case, within a minute after I posted my message, someone under my handle posted a nasty message that banned my username immediately. It was strange and I reported it but got no response. I verified that I'm not hacked and even the coins inside the wallet are intact. I'm a bit worried about Yobit having some type of malware or their trollbox being vulnerable. How can someone do that if they didn't have access to the code?

Hello friends,

I am passing a problem very similar to YOBIT. Since November 2016 we have not been able to upgrade our currency Martexcoin (MXT) recently paid a 0.2 BTC upgrade and they only enabled the coin deposit and are blocking withdrawals altogether. We believe that the page has a false balance and has already sold all currencies out of their exchange. The other details are at this link. I would ask for support from the entire community to help us solve the problem.

Same exact issue with BTD/BTDX wallet.  Coins are rotting away in their non-working wallet on the legacy blockchain.  Cry
