No I'm not selling.

Wish I could ..

The first place/area that sells houses for btc would attract like minded individuals (like this project is attempting - http://freestateproject.org/), but also, imagine the sales .. all those up and coming bitcoin millionaires wanting a house..

And then ofc you'd get into the btc market and would have your own btc rise in value as the rest of the estate agents caught on..

There's big money incoming

A few people trying to buy a modest house in bitcoin around the same time would quickly destroy the exchange rate.

Bitcoin Fact: the price of bitcoin will not be greater than $70k for more than 25 consecutive days at any point in the rest of recorded human history.

Blatant trollbump:  I am selling 3.3 acres of land for bitcoins.

in my mind... Houses and property are what could really help bitcoin the most. If the people who are seeing their bitcoins increase in value to such an extent that they want to either reduce risk or buy something with them they can do both by buying an entire house. This would spread bitcoin to more people and it would prevent bubbles on exchanges because it would be an off exchange transaction. I think it would smooth out the entire economy.

With the high volatility in btc value of the last days, it is quite difficult to sell real estate. You need to adjust btc given price every few minutes… Smiley

I do, I`m looking to buy a condo and a car in bitcoin. Once I find the right car I plan on going through bitspend for the car, the condo may need to wait a while though, BTC gotta hit 300 before I can seriously take it into consideration.
