Why dont you get a bank loan or cash advance instead? Your website and accounts are also not valid collateral (some might take it but honestly its not because you could easily reclaim it back or move it). Also if youre making that much why would you need such a large loan in the first place?

Last, if your website is in auction, it has no value because that means the website cannot be held in escrow as collateral (if it was worth it) and you could run away with the coins and money.

"Loan" means you will repay.

If you are looking to sell your collateral, chances are you won't repay...

if i found a lender i dont need to sell this profitable site.. i prefer not to its a very good and stable income atm.. But the needs for the other project are more imortent then keeping this site.. everything can be discussed before we take actions on selling the site.. i just put in in auction cause i realy need it fast..

So you admit you want to sell the site.

It's not valid collateral then.

I don't think you understand. It was either sell the site and lose what he built up for months or get a loan and put it as collateral. If someone did not fulfil the loan, he had to sell the site, which would be very painful since the site generates alot of profit. And yes I know this because I am his partner of the site.
