Of the state in which they live, black people are usually poor. This means that there is not quality education. Here you have the whole reason. African Americans living in America and having wealthy and educated parents is highly successful.

Barack Osama was one of the worst presidents, He may be even worse than Bush... Look at the number of people that voted for him and look what he accomplished before... The only intelligent black person who comes to my mind is Sir William Arthur Lewis, who won the Nobel prize for Economics in 1979. I can't recall any famous black scientist, physician, astrologist, or even a software developer. Blacks are good in athletics and basketball. They should concentrate on that rather than trying to prove that they are superior to others.

We are not talking about sports. We are talking about intelligence. There is a difference. Blacks excel in certain type of sports, which depend upon raw power (such as athletics and basketball). On the other hand, in streams such as gymnastics and swimming, which require special skills, the blacks are still performing below par.
