Not much rep, or any at all - therefore I need someone to sell my bitcoin for me. 3K worth.

What will you get out of it?
10% cut for the BTC YOU sell.

Why don't I sell it?
As per mentioned above, not enough rep to get trusted buyers and achieving that rep takes time, which I don't have.

How did I get the BTC ?
Selling shit on tor.

How can I contact you?
Email: Competentbeaver@gmail.com
Skype: Competentbeaver

or message me here directly [No time wasters]
Minimum sales > £100

0.7 BTC Left.

Hmm... a newbie account shilling for a newbie selling 3k worth of BTC all the sudden?
And on top of that turning down all regular members who have done trades here before using this payment method? Angry
Yeahhh... nothing seems wrong with that. Cheesy

Proceed with your preconception notions here.  Wink

Looking for best offer. When you get 20 people adding you on skype, turning down people is considered 'fishy?' Paranoia is a norm on bitcointalk I guess.

Actually its just caution. There are more and more scam attempts on this forum everyday and the behaviour seen on this thread has been performed by a scammer before, hence the comments from other members Wink

You turned down everyone on this topic.
Don't tell me it's because of reputation because Newbies are vouching for you.

Good idea requested for Zombie if he really does vouch for this guy.
I wasn't being sarcastic when I voiced my impression that he is your alt solely for this exchange. I meant it! Angry

This is pure bullshit, if there was actually a single transaction he would post either the tx id or the wallet that had all those btc, without any proof i know there isn't a single newbie who can send first to someone with only 4 posts.

Once a person ignores reputable members is a scammer, i am sure there were a lot of them who offered and were ignored.

It's coinbase. They have no static wallet address that you can simply 'paste' transactions information like that of blockchain.info.

They should still provide a txid though.

If you want to trade I am willing to buy btc from you (at 1:1 rate for a small trade of $20). You will send first and ill send paypal as a gift in USD after the btc transaction gets 1 confirmation.

Most people have seen me here before and know I do deals on occasion with paypal. Check my feedback for yourself if you need to.

Fancy doing an open deal on the thread so everyone can see it? So you can prove you're not a scammer?

I highly doubt it will happen, but it would be something good to see if a transaction can happen

That's exactly my point. I'm seriously fed up with the scammers on here. The currency section used to be great a couple of months ago, lots of exchanges and lots of happy people. But now it's rubbish, so I have a new tactic. If they don't do a deal for a small amount out in the open then they will be tagged as a scammer and given negative feedback. I know it won't stop someone from opening a new account but hopefully it will deter people from trying.

I would totally agree with this strategy. I would do this if I get backing by another on the forum.
It seems to have worked in the digital goods/auction sections for account sales when The Pharmacist started it now that a DT member is tagging them the same way, it has seemed to quell that type of behavior going on in those sections with less of those kind of posts showing up as often in the last 2 or 3 days. Usually you see 5-7 posts on just selling account but now 1 or 2 showing up and those users are showing as selling hacked accounts by not offering signed messages. So you can tell they are of shady sales to begin with.
So all in all we need this type of enforcement put in place in this section as well. If not more so because some people are dealing with huge sums of money for bitcoins here.
Just look the last one with Bitcoin Marshall and that hacked account. He is not going to get anything out of that dispute from the looks of it. Undecided
