Overall it seems pretty reliable except that they did not answer my question regarding cells game provably fair mechanism.

Yes, it verifies that each cell has been generated before your bet. And yes, we can pick all winning fields, but it does not make sense. You can wait another round and try again with all cells.

However, the opening of the winning cells would not go unnoticed and could have an impact on the website's reputation. So we won't do that.
