It has been 2 weeks now that my withdraws have been pending. The Admin and Support ignore my messages so I tested them by making a new account and they replied to the new account. Once I asked him about my withdraw issue he replied once and ignored me after that. He told me my bets were very strange and under investigation for a use of a bug. That was 5 days a go and he hasn't replied to me since. I messaged him today on another account and he replied. Once I asked him for an update on the investigation that I have been waiting very patently for 2 weeks now, he stopped replying to me and hasn't replied for 10 Hrs now. I am getting very annoyed because I don't even know what a "Bug" is and it is taking them 2 weeks to investigate 20 minutes of playing time. I am starting to believe that this site is a scam because if you win to big... $10,000+ in my case... They don't want to pay you and accuse you of "Using a Bug". I would be happy to apologize for calling this site a scam and being negative about it once I receive my Withdraws but until then Luckygames is not a trustworthy site to gamble on. You found SQL injection in one of our script, which allowed you to see unhashed server seeds.
Using dice game and martingale strategy, you have been playing like an ordinary player, but each time you found that the number is in your prediction range, you were betting max amount.
All of your accounts are banned. The next time, contact us if you find any bug.

If three confirmation is needed then it is quite a lot especially now Bitcoin confirmations taking a lot of time and by the time it gets confirmed players might have lost their gambling mood. Some casinos (bitsler) are allowing to gambling without any confirmation and most other casinos will be one confirmation. Admin should consider this portion to change to attract many new players on the site.

That is complete BS! I would LOVE to see the proof that your Team you said were investigating my bets came up with! I don't even know what the hell SQL injection is!?! Ive played fair and square you just don't want to pay out large amounts to a new player that found a reliable strategy. And you are wrong I didn't use Martingale strategy that much, I set a base amount then once I won or lost i would increase or decrease the bet amount, and I never played "ordinary" unit'l "I found that the number was in my prediction range" as you say because if you actually looked at my bets I set the bet to 1 ETH, witch was max bet at the time, and I didn't change it for a good amount and i was wining and losing through out that time and after i withdrew the 30 ETH i had about 9 ETH I left to play with but unfortunately I lost it even though that doesn't matter now. If you really want I will explain my entire strategy that i used witch actually didn't work 100% of the time if you look at my transactions because you can see I deposited 10 LTC multiple times in a row without a withdraw because I lost it even after I made my withdraws in witch you think i found and abused a Bug. That brings up another good reason that i didn't "Hack" your site. In my eyes I don't think a hacker would Deposit/risk $400-$500 multiple times in a row and lose it to win big and risk whats going on right now in my situation. Im relatively new to Cryptocurrencys let alone know what SQL injection and unhashed server seed is. I really hope you take a lot of this information I'm trying to explain to you and think about it because I am 100% sure I played fair and square and don't know anything about a bug. I don't even know what your definition of a "bug" is. Is it an exploit in the games or is it when someone hacks? I would like to talk to you more about the situation so we can both give each other more information so we can figure this problem out. Please reply on this site because obviously I'm not getting your messages on Luckygames.

number of confirmations it´s different in all coins, on bitcoin still 1 confirmation to add it, i think this is the better way to do, because add balance without confirmations could bring some players trying to send a tx with very low fees and never get confirmed and then returned to their wallets, and coins with more conf requeired r coins that get blocks quickly.

You lost big because of bug? How do you know that?
Dont you think that you lose because you were unlucky? But if you really think that there is a bug which make you lose big then you should report the bug and probably you will get your money back (if there is a real bug)

It hurts the creator of the site.

There is an exploit that is easily done that gives you more than your bet back.

for me is a bug.... in the first contact with the admin he told me the same.... maybe its unlucky and all is random.... so i continue making some tests for corroborate my theory.... and found that problem at least 50 more times... as i say im waiting for admin answer...but my waiting time have a limit

You are so honest person, very much appreciated. You found a bug that may make the site goes bankrupt but you did not use it for your own benefits. Obviously if the bugs you found is really an exploit the you deserve for a bug bounty. I guess it would be a great amount of btc, but if they dont offer you a bug bounty then it would be bad for them. Lucky them, the bug is not found by scammers.

sometimes admin are working on the site or is really busy, but i know he will respond soon, allways do, i been contacting him in others days and he allways reply me after 1 or 2 days.

I didnt explore it so well because i dont want to exploit it but i can imagine people who do investigate it can have a real big advantage.
