Has anyone even actually looked at the details? I have contacted each and every person I had a problem with personally via PM and treated them with respect in each and every case. I denied burst posts. What is the big deal?

EDIT: What I'm getting are complaints from people like Superzpay who feel they were mistreated because they worked for the whole week. However they made 1/3 of the required posts on the day posts are counted within 2 hours.

I've pmed a couple of other signature campaign managers and I am looking forward to their input.

Burst posting is grounds to land you on the SMAS blacklist. It is considered spammy. The only ppl whom have a problem with it are the ones doing it. Boxxob if you wanna pm me a list of users(profile links) ill look into it and add the ppl to the blacklist who are doing this behavior

It seems that a very few are complaining.

Very funny on how these participants are complaining about their payment while working like on a rush and even the manager has given a reason for decreased payment.

You should be lucky and thankful because manager still gave you a payment and is even willing to give you a piece of advice.

The owner itself and as well as the manager are friendly and you act like a boss? Haha, you should kick those type of participants.

You're dealing with broke, desperate people who are looking to 'get over' on you.  There's no need to argue with them endlessly, you've explained the situation (which, as you pointed out, is very logical) and it's not that they don't get it, it's that they want their free money.  You're obviously correct to withhold it from them as they didn't follow either the letter or the spirit of the rules laid out.  IMO if someone develops scammy/spammy tendencies, you should just cut them from the program and open the spot up to someone else.

Just woke up and was surprised to see some actions here, I just want to say something as a member, Alex is right we need to treat this as a job and like in real life "The manager is always right", the fact that we are working under a private owned business, we need to comply with their rules no matter what, as long as we do not break the forum rules which I think the most important.

I never had a problem with this week's payment as prior to joining this campaign I have already been monitoring any rules changes to measure if I can quality and have seen BoXXoB posted about not allowing burst posting, and since he is the manager he reserves the right to determine if that post/s will be counted.

It is most certainly not wrong. This is just yet another spammer that can't deal with the standard campaign rules / put enough effort into actually posting. Post-bursting will get you permanently blacklisted from Bitmixer & SMAS in most cases.

You've done nothing wrong. In fact, you're actually wasting your time replying personally to most of them.
Just shrug off invalid complaints and move on. PM me a list of those names as well.

I am in this campaign from the 2nd week and i never have any issue.
Some delays and mistakes have been made but it was human errors.
Both BoXXoB  and Alex was there to discuss these issues and solved them as fast as they can.

For me the campaign Manager have the last and final word. Ofc he will have to be a little (or more?) restrict.
Especially when the campaign is one with the higher payrates here...

Btw, 7-10 posts in 5-6 minutes on the final day of counting....
