HW Error on Diablo Miner

Hi there, massive n00b here. It has taken me all day to get things close to running and when I start up Diablo Miner it is giving me about 10-20 hw errors a second. Ive had 465 accepted 0 rejected hw error 5424 in the past 15 minutes.

I assume something is drastically wrong with my set up but don't know where to start, any ideas?

not sure on the error have you tried using a different software? guiminer is great for bitcoin or guiminer scrypt alfa for litecoin

I have GUIMiner but it goes massively slower than Diablo. Getting 800k instead of 70M. I only installed the OpenCL ATI SDK today so I may have to configure that to work properly?

what hardware are you using GPU? and are you mining litecoin or Bitcoin?

AMD Radeon HD 6570

Not expecting to get far with that but want to get the actual thing working before I invest any more time/money into it and from what I have found that GPU should work, the error messages are odd.

I had problems with GUIMiner, CGminer works well for me.
