From what I know Skrill does not directly accept bitcoin. What that email you received means is that Skrill does not mind someone purchasing funds through bitcoin from third party sources.

OK, Skrill accepts BTC in some countries, but who will want to use it with a 1% free? Bank transfers are without any fee, so they remain the best option.

Do you convert your BTC into fiat for much cheaper than 1% and move to your bank? if you use exchange you have fees right?

Payza has a withdrawing feature? If this is correct, than I guess it would be better than those BTC debit cards, that charge crazy fees. Need to give Payza a try. Thanks to the guy that commented on this

Skrill has indeed high fees, but I don't think many people will be bothered by that since it's nothing more than an alternative way of buying Bitcoin. In some cases people end up buying coins at a fee of around 5-10% due to the fact that they haven't got any other option than this. Just to be clear, Skrill itself doesn't accept Bitcoin. Skrill just seems to have a friendly policy towards crypto in general which of course is a nice change for once.

You can't withdraw money from your skrill account in the form of bitcoin. It's quite typical really. Everyone is happy to take BTC because it is an irreversible payment method but few will give you BTC in exchange for your dollars.
