How come when I place an order for 19.85 I get and order saying I bought them at 20.1204...I didn't authorize that I don't understand.

This has happened to me before, is this just a commission or fee?

The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.
