MtGox mistake?

How come when I place an order for 19.85 I get and order saying I bought them at 20.1204...I didn't authorize that I don't understand.

This has happened to me before, is this just a commission or fee?

The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

The price shown in your account history includes the (0.65%)fee. The price in the email notifications does not.
