I have a rough design in mind for the forum software, but I haven't had time to implement it. I need someone to implement my designs under my direction. This will probably be occasional work over a long period of time.

The first part is a bunch of work in PostgreSQL + PL/pgSQL. You won't need to worry too much about the overall design, but you'll need to:
- Carefully identify the constraints and triggers necessary to prevent database inconsistency.
- Write database functions and triggers.
- Write efficient SQL queries.

You should be very familiar with SQL, including advanced things like recursive queries. It's fine if you learn some of this (especially stuff like PostgreSQL triggers and PL/pgSQL) while working. It's probably OK if you're a student.

If you're interested, PM me.
