I think both are also good because now most people hide their account identity when playing on gambling sites even though they have been playing anonymously. Fast payout also benefits the players, of course, making it easier for them and It would be better if you add the fast deposit feature as well. |

Hello Players,
There is a player we have not been able to get in touch with. We know he is a member of the community here, but we are not sure what his username is. He ( or She) was playing live roulette from Vivo Gaming. The player won 59mBTC. We think he may have been unsuccessful in trying to withdraw his funds. He played his recent winnings and lost. We are refunding his 59mBTC. I am sure he would have wanted to withdraw the funds when he won. We do not want this issue to be seen as a stalling scheme. hey acarli , is there anyway that you can change how live betting works in the book ? today was trying to be CSGO live and I had to submit the bet 4 times before it was accepted
probably the odds was dropping when the system rejected them but it takes really long for it to approve it anyways which means these drops will happen a lot
also the last time when it was accepted my odds was 1.725 but while the system was deciding to accept it or not odds moved to 1.83 and the system just accepted my bet at 1.725
hope you can find a fix for that , accepting the bets fast should solve the problem

thank you very much , did you get an answer ? in case it keeps taking long to submit bet shouldn't the provider submit the bet with better odds as well ? since it's refusing it when odds are dropping it should either submit the better odds or also reject the bet when odds are higher so it stays fair for both sides other sites usually accept the worse odds when odds move up but the avg wait time is like 5 seconds so odds are less likely to move but in my case with this bet it took really long for both accepting and rejecting |
