As a former user/investor of PRC/BK, and a current user/investor at BitDice, I can say with some certainty at least some will be making the transition.

I think there's a slight terminology confusion: a company going public, or a public company actually refers to it's shares being freely tradable on exchanges and all the surrounding regulation. i.e. Facebook went public in 2012 (before being a public company, it was a private one).

While BitDice is not a public company, it is to my knowledge was the first bitcoin casino to incorporate.

The amount of lossback and betback depends on user level. There are no limits to this, it just depends on how much you wager. Check the out the Leveling page and Help pages for more info!

I just registered too, and I checked random slot games, which I chose 2016 Gladiators, but it showed nothing except blank page. After that, I chose Fairy Tale, but it loaded slowly and spent almost 30 mins until opened fully, although I have 2mbps download-upload speed (maybe its not fast enough). Well, the design is quite good, and I will deposit some bits to try the games.

I know that Endrophina currently working on the HTML games, they actually already have them as DEMO on their own website, but they was not released yet as production games. We expect them to do this within a month or so.. Unfortunately I can not affect speed loading as you load games from Endorphina and not from BitDice
