Incredible 300 BTC win in a casino, it reflects that BITDICE casino is a legit and reliable site, scam site would never pay 300 BTC to a player. You casino rocks, got you.  Cheesy

Well bitdice has been legit and reliable for years already. It is why this is one of best dice site and an aspiring casino.

So if you want to get more winnings you can go bitdice and hope that you are going to win 300btc+ then just gamble with it.

Congratulations!!!
300 btc payout, Wow! Thats legit!
Good to know there are still a few real casinos out there

Yep one of very few casino that pays well with their players without problems.
As I saw on the progress of bitdice I could say that they are doing very well and lots of players already are playing because of good promotions and bonuses.regarding on the past results of huge winnings it does really contribute the exposure of the site. Well done

thats the big A+ factor on them since promotion is appealing to the people out here and also i think the main reason why people play at here is due to security and their fairness since gambler can assure that this site will give them a honest play that they can enjoy at the end of their game time, but anyways lets look up for more great progress on this site maybe they will add more series of games where people can select more games to play on.

Does Bitdice Casino use the Cloudflare service?  In case you guys don't know, Cloudflare was hacked and that it's very possible that your passwords and all other info could be stolen.  I got a Polo warning and I was forced to change my passwords on all my accounts across all the exchanges and gambling sites I use.

And it's also good to always get 2FA enabled.  It think Bitcoiners are more prone to hacking than others.

Enabling 2FA is the only solution to restrict any other unrestricted usage of your account and with time everything will come under attack and cloudflare bug is a major security breach as most of the sites are using their service and so the amount of data leaked is still unknown. It is better to take the safe route rather than crying later.

BitDice uses the CloudFlare DNS servers but pointed it directly to their own servers. So no, "Cloudbleed" has no effect on BitDice. No need to change your password (assuming you always use unique passwords.)

Enabling 2FA is always good.

This is true, changing passwords and setting 2fa doesnt consume too much time and we should really obliged ourselves to do such thing to avoid unnecessary hacking indent on your account and we do all know that all account have been compromised regarding on this cloud bleed.

it seems that they are not affected cloudbleed issue on cloud flare since they don't give any advisory that they had been compromised by that bug. So i can say that bitdice is safe just like before and surely they will ensure our safety so that we would still trust them and give outstanding game service to us and become a good competitive among others who gain success first. But anyways all of us should need to activate the 2fa always so that we can assure that our account is sleeping safely.

We cant still be sure since that cloudbleed compromises all account info and other stuffs but bitdice doesnt have any word related on this and having 2fa is really a great security measure because even they do know the password they cant still able to log-in because of 2fa.

You shouldn't need to worry about your security as BitDice also does email verification for new signins which also helps protects you.

It is always a good idea to change your passwords after an incident like this regardless.

Yeah changing passwords periodically and also enabling 2FA is good to have more security to our account. Even if it consumes time too we need to give consideration. Because the effort made and the amount we won is much important. If hacked our entire effort goes wasted as well we won't be lucky all the time. It'll be really hard to earn from the beginning rolling and rolling.

Exactly, there are a lot of gamblers in bitdice and it seems that still no one has surpass the challenge of bitdice of breaking their security.

And with that problem with cloudflare I don't think it's that a big deal with bitdice.

Changing of password is good, it depends upon on your decisions if you wanted to change it, it's also a good habit.

Will you reveal your password because you have 2fa enabled ? Password is layer-1 protection and 2fa will act as layer-2 protection. Fortunately bitdice has layer-3 protection too, (need to confirm email every time we login). Having extra protections will not harm us but will hurt hackers.

you have to change passwords, as long as you use the same, almost everywhere... Roll Eyes
Using different password for different services is the one of the basic security aspects of modern digital life. It would be ridiculous using same password across gambling sites, we cannot be sure when a site will get hacked nor when a scammer will decide to sell our data.

You shouldn't need to worry about your security as BitDice also does email verification for new signins which also helps protects you.

It is always a good idea to change your passwords after an incident like this regardless.

And why we need to have some passwords again when their security is the best? Since this site has the best security so may be i want to ask about 2FA on your site, after we put 2FA on our security does this still hackable? Because i saw there are many sites out there that always ask to make an unique password and 2FA. But why we really need those if on this site has a best security?

Enabling 2FA is to improve the security level and to increase the difficulty in hacking. If password alone is used the account can be hacked with some techniques, but when 2FA is enabled one need to hack the email or other similar site to enter the account. This gives hacking difficulty and increase the decrease the chance of getting hacked.

Yeah, it is always wise to use 2FA on sites that let you use it. It may be a bit more inconvenient to log in but it really helps secure your account as even if your password was stolen, an attacker wouldn't be able to log onto your account. After seeing this CloudBleed attack, its definitely a good time to make sure you are using 2FA.

Almost all of my gambling site account is protected with 2FA so I have nothing to worry even if I leave my money their. Regrets always happens in the end so it's better to be secure than sorry. I have not experience my account getting hack but I would not wait for that time before I learn to secure my account.

Changing passwords while you have enable the 2FA option, i think it have no meaning.

Security matters to those bettors who spend a big amount of money to gamble, specifically the whales.
Maybe for some of us that is inconvenient but we do not realize that security is the most important thing when it comes to the protection of our money.
For now, I don't use 2FA since I don't usually gamble with bigger amount, and for me, the email confirmation has already satisfied my needs in terms of security.

It seems that bitdice is leading the way in being a secure platform since others are losing bitcoin to sercurity breaches lately.
This does show a high level of customer information is a top priority to them and their team.
Thank you bitdice for this! Smiley

Let me some time and i will tell you if it is secure or not, by the way, are there hack/bug bounties for the platform ?
At the first look it looks like to be nicely coded, but i still hve to check all the requests.
Had proceeded to a security audit of the system ?
Yes there was a bounty a while ago. For 1 btc(or more if my memory serves me correctly) if you can hack into an account located on the bitdice site.
I don't know if it is an going test on the security but I imagine it would be just to show that it is built to last.
That bounty is a vote of confidence for the security of the site. It is always good to know that the welfare and security of the users' accounts is among the top priorities of such a site like Bitdice. I hope the guys over there continue with their great job. I have also been spending time in the chat box lately, and have been having so much fun with the quiz and other cool stuff going on.
That means they are going to the next level already, Bitdice is now a bigger site and all they want is to protect the gamblers money so their reputation will be maintain and they will last in the business. I wish I know how to hack so I have a chance to get that bounty. Anyway, good luck to those who want to try getting it.

That's bounty was nothing but a marketing scheme to create alot of hype and generate traffic for the site.

It was next to impossible pretty much since you had no way of getting any of that user's info. If someone somehow managed to "hack" the site they wouldn't target that one user instead they would target the site entire bankroll.

But they are saying if one user is known to have that much in their wallet then that's were the hacker will go to first knowing they can get to it and get paid. Sort of like a kink in the armor so to say then the whole thing comes crashing down. Isn't this how these hacks get past website's securities in the first place with looking for vunerbilities then attack the "whole site" from within?

It does depend on a certain person if he would take the security seriously or not but it would totally be relying on how much money you would spend.Lets say putting up 100 btc you will surely find and seek if the site have a good security which is already normal for us bettors since we do value our money. Security is very important but in our situation which dont have enough or big money to spent then light security would be fine.

Security doesn't depend on the amount of btc you put in, it relies more on the capacities of the dev, on his lazyness level, on his organization, because everyone knows the required tags to secure an application, now if you forget to do one, like bitfinex and poloniex (they use GET to transmit high level data) then you are done, someone will hack you.
Talking about bitfinex, they were sending data using GET requests, GEt can be easily changed and intercepted as it is URL information, so using this you can send custom data to the server depending on how they segmented the code.
Poloniex is doing the same, so beware if you trade there.
bitdice is using POST request, which is the basic security model to use, and it is aleready a great point for them, now i don't know if they use the usual htmlspecialcaracters method or a regex to filter XSS, i don't know what database is used, if they use a sql database, there are some methods they should put in to secure from SQLI, if it is a noSQL database, then it depends on which one is used.
But untill now, the website is secure for me.
