Holding Bitcoin long term and investing it are not mutually exclusive.  Presumably the OP is expecting to be able to withdraw his Bitcoin when they want so they would essentially be holding it in addition to making a return.

But still, 1.5% monthly is impossible.  That's 18% a year - some people could comfortably live off that if they had a decent amount of capital.  Plus, in investment terms nothing is ever safe.  The OP needs to learn to accept this before they can move forward.

Sorry but I don't find your suggestion relevant to his question. Although what you said is correct. But we are in the crypto-currency so it is not possible to plant a tree (literally) online. I suggest a better investment related to what you have said and also related to his question. Well the bottom line of your post actually saying that " Buy/ invest something which will have a greater amount if you sell in the future, simply put holding that thing" since as we can see, bitcoins price is continuously raising.
