How can we be sure that it is you who has now the account and not the hacker anymore? Good thing that it gets back to you for a very long time.

it's him, based on the proof of ownership he posted and the recovery history from seclog.

If this is the time span of recovering hacked account will this be the longest time in record?

I think there are some people who even gave up recovering their accounts back then, it was painfully slow but ever since the introduction of the new format of account recovery last December, the recovery process now takes around 7 days so long as you have enough evidence to prove ownership of the account.
