Fastest way to get funds into a btc-e account

Hi everyone.  I'm looking to deposit funds onto btc-e with visa debit card.  What's the easiest way to do this?  I want to get some bitcoins fast, but I cannot figure out a quick/easy way to get cash onto one of the open exhanges.  Thanks for your help!

There is no fast way other than trying to buy codes from someone on btc-e

With a UK debit card you can do this:

Simply sign up to transferwise: http://transferwise.com/u/f0bd

Open bitstamp (or another exchange that takes a SEPA deposit) in another tab and login

Click SEPA deposit on bitstamps deposit page to get payment/banking information

Go back to your transferwise page and input the details from bitstamp by pressing the "make a payment" button.

Upload your funds to transferwise by debit card or bank transfer and when they get payment, they will then send it on to bitstamp as a SEPA payment.

24-72 hours later your bitstamp account should be credited and ready to buy bitcoin

Probably not much use but blockchain were allowing Pingit transactions until relatively recently, as far as I understand it.  Probably safer; shame it's been discontinued without any word as to why.
