For the Titan that has been  out  for 5 months it is surprising  there are not alot of user  data out  there.

Because a Neptune wil only ROI less than 2btc in its lifetime, and this is with $ .10 electrcity.

At $ .17 electricity the Neptune will mine .6 btc lifetime.

You do the math.

Sooo it is better to buy 3 btc for $800 than buy that machine to mine it.

I suspect this is the reading from inside KNC's GUI rather than at the wall.  Mine is running at 3.75w/GH and that was the best I could achieve with underclocking (it makes very little difference)

Just paid ~$226 ($299.92 NZD) import duty for my bonus Neppy (scheduled for delivery on 2 March). The declared value was $1,370.

I must admit, I had a moment there thinking... is it worth paying $300 for this thing? Then I just paid it. It'll be handy for the coming winter here in the Southern hemisphere.

Would have been awesome to get this back in August 2014. Now... not so much.

You will find that KNC will not accept the miner back. Your better off just paying the duty and selling it.

So they declare the value as 1370. How much did you pay?

I paid 9,995 + 255 shipping = $10,250 USD for a Neptune pre-order on 2013-11-28, which was delivered on 2014-07-12.

The Neptune I received on 2015-03-02 was a 2-for1 bonus Neptune (based on my original Customer Appreciation batch pre-order on 2013-11-28).

So depending on how you look at it, I either paid "nothing" for the bonus Neppy, or perhaps I paid $10,250 / 2 = $5,125 USD for it.

In any case, New Zealand Customs assessed my import duty (of ~226 USD) based on KnCMiner's declare value of $1,370 for the Neptune. I'd be interested to hear from other bonus 2-for-1 recipients as to what their Neptune's declared value is.

Killed the previous msg got the Titan to work with 6 cubes on 2 1200i corsair psu's and the other 2 with the 2nd controller on a seasonic
860w ....still have my 2 dead dies from my orig unit ..the 2nd titan unit has NO dead dies...currently screaming combined at 645mh.. not bad
with 2 dead dies....

the electric bill is really really gonna suck (shows even 2000w with both units added adv page stats i got to be looking at 2500w in reality)

anyway the KNC Jupiter is a doorstop....just these 2 Titans to go and (I'm at the ass end of the line) I too will be out like most ..from 'home mining'

To tell you the truth I'd prob give up the 2nd titan just to do that .......it would be worth the 2.25 btc and the loss of mining...make a video of it
